Booked the night before. They did exactly what I asked. Arrived exactly on time, listened and acknowledged my instructions with a few nods and went straight to work without any follow up questions, and did a perfect job, for a reasonable cost. Went a bit over on time to finish the whole job and didn't even charge me extra for it either. I'll be using Maid Svc from now on.

I have used Think Maids for their cleaning services about 5 times now. While each cleaning has not been absolutely perfect, their personnel has done a good job of making me feel like I'm coming to a clean house. HOWEVER, recently I had quite possibly the worst cleaning experience ever. The cleaner came without a vacuum (each previous time the cleaners have had a vacuum), a swiffer, broom, and some other miscellaneous items. When I asked why he didn't have a vacuum he said "we don't need one if there is no carpet"...........I took out my own vacuum but he didn't use it. I came back when the cleaning was done to find my apartment feeling like, well, it wasn't cleaned at all. There was lint and dirt under the bed, and it wasn't just a small area, it was a good half of the space. The same under the couch. There were SHOE MARKS all over the floor. (Who doesn't take their shoes off or bring shoe covers?!) There was also some kind of yellowish gel on the floor (see photo) that honestly looked like snot. I passed a quick swiffer in the living room area and it came out dirty (see photo). The bathtub had also not been cleaned. I basically ended up having to clean up after the cleaning service. When I texted the person that coordinated with me, she was unhelpful and unwilling to give me a full refund and offered to send the same cleaner back out (????). They ended up giving me a 30% discount - as if that makes things better after having to CLEAN UP after the cleaners. After my experience today with a poor service and poor customer service, I will not be using this service again.

First Time I used this service and I will certainly do it again. It is fairly priced and the ladies arrived in time and did a very good job. I also find convenient and efficient to have 2 people together to do the cleaning
very mixed results - but after a couple of years with them i have left. the cleaning quality was mixed. sometimes very good. sometimes terrible. i initially requested 2 hours...they said they needed 4...so i paid for 4....then they started only coming for 3. i only noticed due to my ring doorbell timings. then they started only coming for 2hours and sometimes 1.5. i reported when i noticed but i bet i didn't notice half the time (as i was out). they would refund the overcharge when i noticed it but nothing felt very proactive. i was told "the cleaner thinks she can clean faster than others so did it in half the time but charged full price" as if this was acceptable... when i eventually left by polite email - i was then accused of trying to poach cleaners directly! 1 of the cleaners moaned to me about the company not paying well and said would i mind if she messaged me directly to work that way. i said i didn't mind (and then promptly cancelled their service to avoid this). she did message me and i ignored. i now have a different cleaning company with decent (not perfect) standards but much more trustworthy/nice.
My husband and I just moved into our house in a new area and we were looking for someone to clean after we had moved in (a clean reset almost!) and I found LA house cleaning via Google. The process was so easy and dates were flexible, once we booked, we were able to text with the service to give more info and prioritize were we wanted to focus. The team arrived, two people, a few minutes early and immediately got to work. They were very thorough and spent about 1.5 hours cleaning the house (~1500 sq ft). They were quiet and very nice whenever they had questions. Will definitely be using again!

Example: every so often we have a real deep clean done, and this was just done last week. We have two dressers that slide right into a space perfectly--but it means anything we drop behind it is basically gone forever. Their crew got everything out from behind there! We were thrilled! Simply housework are absolutely amazing always happy when they hey leave. I have them fortnightly and it helps me so much. Especially Caz she is so thorough and always does an amazing job and shes always happy to have a chat and its been nice getting to know her. Reasonable price as well which of course is helpful but definitely recommend them if your looking for a reliable cleaner
I don't like this service. I ordered the deep cleaning, but the quality was poor and the price was high. The cleaner didn't clean all things properly (radiators were dusty, kitchen hood was greasy, fridge and kitchen cabinet wasn't cleaned, windows weren't cleaned properly and so on). He was trying and was very nice, but the result was bad and I had to clean again the flat. The good thing about this company is that they provide fast service. I was able to book a cleaning a couple days after Christmas.

I hired Eco-Friendly Maids to do a move-in cleaning for our new home. I paid extra to have all cabinets and drawers cleaned, baseboards wiped down, doors cleaned, and interior windows cleaned. The booking process was easy and I made sure to clarify that this cleaning included all of the “basics” such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, and was told that it was a “top to bottom” cleaning. I have never been so disappointed with a professional service. The house smelled great, but they missed major things - the window sills were filthy, none of the light fixtures were dusted, the microwave was dirty, and the doors were left unclean. Literally every time I touched or moved anything I found something new that had been left uncleaned. When I reached out to the office they told me that I had sold the house as being “clean” and that it was too dirty for 4 people to do a proper cleaning in 3.5 hours (for what it is worth, I only saw two people there initially). The house was completely empty and in good shape, but had a family living in it for 18 years and that comes with the associated dirt, dust, etc, which I explained during the booking. Also I’m not sure who is paying over $500 to clean a clean house, or how this house that was being shown regularly was so dirty someone couldn’t dust a fan. The office did refund me $200 after a phone call and several emails, but I’m still horrified that I spent $300 for people to essentially spray air freshener and wipe down my fridge. I would stay far away from this company unless you like wasting your time and money.

I contacted Poppies as I needed a deep clean prior to a house going on sale. Due to the nature of the clean it would take 2 days (day 1 everything but carpets, day 2 carpets). The team cleaned ALL surfaces (behind free standing units, coving, internal cupboards, blinds pictures and replacing items where necessary). Work completed on time to high level. My experience with Israel Garcia and Ismelda Hernandez was very pleasant. I contacted Atlanta Green Maids to clean my apartment unit before I moved out. Their response time to my inquiries and customer service questions were prompt and professional from the time we coordinated the logistics up to the day of the project. Within three hours, the two-person team cleaned my entire two (2) bedroom, 1200 square feet, apartment. The services I received included: (1) a walk through to see the unit; and (2) a final walk through to review the unit after cleaning was complete. They used their own cleaning equipment, relieving me of the hassle of purchasing my own. Notably, they took a large amount of old clothes to the trash shoot that I sought to discard. They weren’t required to do this but they were more than willing to go above and beyond. This is a small-size company that punches above its weight; I would recommend Atlanta Green Maids for any of your cleaning needs.

I just started using Evergreen’s service, and at least after the first cleaning I am extremely satisfied. I had not properly cleaned my apartment in almost a year (no dusting, wiping counters or major vacuuming), and decided to schedule with Evergreen. Initially, I thought the price for the first cleaning was a little high, but after receiving service, it was completely worth it. The two young women that cleaned for me, Daja and Sade, were extremely polite and hardworking. My apartment was scrubbed spotless, to the point it looks nicer than when I moved in. Before they started cleaning, I went over my biggest concerns for the space with them, and they made specifically sure to go above and beyond with everything I requested. Additionally, they did not bother me while I sat in one of the rooms they weren’t working on yet, so I still had space to continue about my day. They are not clear on having a cancellation fee which is 50% of the service you had booked. At 1st they threatened to go to debt collectors. When I had all the correspondence we had on WhatsApp and know where it was meant or even asked to go and read their policy before confirming that you want the slot. It took a while for them to believe me and communication was them demanding money. They even deleted some chats but as soon I as informed them I'm a government civil servant they changed their tune. They Apologised and admitted i was correct then when I wanted to still book a slot for non commercial appt they totally blanked me after stating its needed because I'm having cancer treatment and haven't been recovering at my property, which was all stated upfront in the 1st conversation. So I cant say anything about they work but the way back of house management really need to be retrained for sure cos I believe this isnt the 1st time its happened and people not able to speak up properly fell for their cancellation fee when it hadn't been accepted apart of the booking.

They do not know how to run a business. They best thing for them to do is to close. Every week I have to call to figure out why my cleaner is late. I do not know why they call themselves maid marine when they do not promptly communicate with their costumers if there is a change. If my appointment is at 12:30 they knew before 12:30 that they were not going to make it. I should not find out by contacting them at 12:35 to see why or if they can't make it. if they had a real process in place at 12:35 I would be getting a call confirming that the cleaner is here or at least en route. I should not have to contact them after my appointment time. period so, instead of communicating that you decide to not show up,

Staggeringly poor organisation. Initially booked as there was a special offer and the first person to visit us was by far the best cleaner we’ve had in over 25 years. Sadly they were unable to do regular cleans. Then we were given another cleaner. This person is probably one of the worst we’ve had in 25 years, very disappointing and inconsistent levels of service. Third cleaner, not bad at all, so decided to carry on on a regular basis. Was meant to collect keys ahead of second visit to allow them entry to find them calling me early in the morning to get into the property as they didn’t have the keys from their office… Lengthy conversation with a customer service department, who offered me a one hour credit (pathetic given the level of service received so far in my opinion) and then booked me a one off clean with one of the “best cleaners in our area” today, to then receive a message from her, saying she wouldn’t go into a flat with our dogs… Again, why wasn’t this communicated. Apparently they are unable to refund me which again I think is disgusting given how poor their services have been! £18 an hour was more than what we’ve ever paid for a cleaning company. After the incredible first impression we thought okay, it’s worth it but my goodness ever since it has been anything but. AVOID!!!
