The team has been cleaning my dad's house since January. Initial deep clean and now fortnightly. The difference is amazing. They've done a fantastic job to start and on an ongoing basis. The house is fresh, clean and my dad's a lot happier for it. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and high standards. Great value compared with others too. Definitely recommend Rainbow to anyone.

I had Faye & Sienna clean my oven today. Let me start by saying my oven was pretty bad. They have left it looking nearly brand new. I would honestly recommend this company. They were really lovely to talk to as well.

Good cleaning and the cleaners were nice during the visits but communication was poor. The cleaning was a minimum of £30 a session. £20 an hour, with a 90 minute minimum. - They broke an item in the first visit and I was never told until I called back hours later. They put it back hoping I wouldn't notice. - Occasionally I got charged a full 90-minute session, even though the cleaners would be done and on their way out in 60 minutes. - Inconsistent with the requested time slot, despite initially asking them to show up around a specific time. It seems they showed up when convenient for them. - They stopped showing up without even informing me after a missed visit due to them arriving an hour early. They also tried invoicing full price for this missed visit. Overall the cleaning quality was good enough to ignore some of the issues mentioned, but sometimes the experience was quite unprofessional.
