Visited as I've been struggling with Shin Splints & ankle problems while doing Couchto5k - today I met Corrie, what an amazing guy he was. Corrie took the time to check out my current trainers, and then chat to me about what might suit me going forward. I tried on 4 different sets of trainers, and did the gait check via treadmill. One pair were clearly the ones to buy. Corrie was so helpful & knowledgeable, he didn't put me under any sort of pressure to buy there & then. It was all about making sure I bought the right trainer. Outstanding customer service. I had a busted wheel that needed replacing, a replacement was ordered, fixed and fitted within a 24 hours. As an absolute amateur runner I wanted to get some shoes to help me but didn't want to be fleeced by a sales pitch. I could not be happier with the service we got. Karl was an excellent salesman who was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. He checked our gaits and took the time to explain everything from the physical movements to the features of the shoes. We felt no pressure to purchase nor rush which was very refreshing. We were shown different options and different levels of support. I am a size 13 which is usually hard to cater for but was pleased with their available range. We were even informed about a local running club. Again, huge shout out to Karl, it's so nice to see someone so passionate about running. It made us go out on the day we got our pairs :).
Brilliant wheelchair access and they even have specialized wheelchair changing rooms! And a lift as well so you can get to the level you want and very spacious displays so it's easy to navigate inside the store and the staff give you the sense that they genuinely care about you no matter how much you are spending! You could be buying a pack of socks and you would get fantastic rapport with the staff! Definitely worth a visit, wheelchair or no wheelchair.
Cant thank Boundary sports enough they kitted out our son from head to toe ready for the cricket season and Sol was so helpful with getting all the stuff out ready for him to try on. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent a good 30 minutes with us making sure we had all the things we needed he even gave a few extras to go with our purchase. I would Highley recommend you visit here for anything to do with cricket as Sol is the best and will make sure your looked after. Such a bad experience been there a few times staff treat us like trash. My mum wanted to but these shoes for someone I asked the staff if they had a size 3 he said we do and said he will go get it. My mum and were waiting for almost 20 minutes he still didn’t come. We asked where the shoes were they told us that they don’t have a size 3 and we told them how we were waiting for almost 20 minutes and no reply they told us that we should have told them before and they only have an odd shoe. They don’t care about there customers. Don’t recommend!

Although I spent an hour in this store looking for shoes from an excellent range the vaping staff member that had a vape everytime she went back for a pair if shoes was killing me. I would not have reviewed the store harshly if it stopped after I addressed it with her. To no avail... the next two times were worse. A beautiful young red head killing herself (and me)... by breaking the law and the rules of the company. Its the worst pandemic and companies are not giving customers clean fresh areas to shop in. The young man that took over from her was a smoker but he smelt much better and it clearly is because he is forced to do it outside. Why are certain staff allowed to vape inside? I hope she gets chastised and dealt with. No matter how nice you are to customers you should not be allowed to break the law and harm and ruin my shopping time. I ended up with shoes from another company which the young man sent me to... I would have bought the £150. Shoes from you but decided that my headache was too severe by this time and no matter who spoke it was filled with smoke and vape. Another customer gave me a small chocolate to help me try and cope. Good buyers should have good staff. You failed.

Love bringing my bike to this store. Have been for months due to the excellent service provided by Rhys. He's always more than happy to help, good at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. He loves to educate his customers. I go in to fix something with him and leave with a wealth of knowledge about my bike. Rhys is the reason why I keep coming back to this store and not go to other bike shops, even though they're a closer commute. 5 stars.

Always come here during the week for my trail running and kick boxing items. They have such a large selection of other items too like hiking, cycling etc. well worth a drop by even if you are not after anything, always good to get new ideas isn’t it 😀

Popped in today to buy some socks. Price on the pack said 2 packs for £22 but the price at the till came up as £24. Logic demands they were happy with £22 when they went on the shelf but the staff decided quoting retail laws to an unhappy customer was better than taking a common sense approach and I decided not to buy the socks. As I'd used a gift card for part of the sale 4 members (ironic as they only had one till on until i got to the front and they opened a second one, but I digress...back to the socks) of staff didn't didn't know how to refund the monies back to the gift card so another ten minutes passed before a phone call was made and the problem rectified...all this for 2 quid. Special mention for Ethan for being particularly rude and dismissive, sorry for inconveniencing you and your chat about New Year's eve plans. Totally satisfied with this place. Was looking to get some sporting equipment and boy was I glad I located this place. From climbing, jogging, biking , mountaineering to swimming, tennis, basketball and most of other sports equipment, wear and gear were represented. There is also a golf simulator for golf enthusiasts upstairs and a tennis court at the top of the building. The staff was helpful as I had to return an item I purchased earlier and it was a breeze. Self checkout is available. And yes, the restroom was clean as a whistle. Kudos

The store manager was great. She helped me refund the 550s due to a fault with the toe area yesterday. I did ask for her name so I can name her here but she mentioned HR policy :).
