Really pleased we chose UC Blinds. Website/ordering was easy. Excellent communication to check a few measurements and details before manufacture. Packaging (I think I counted 4 layers!) was excellent (very important given the way couriers handle goods these days), product quality and accuracy of manufacture spot on. I Definitely recommend this business.
Very pleased with my new Venetian blinds. Had 3 different quotes and Hannah’s blinds were the cheapest so went with them. From ordering to fitting was just under 2 weeks. On the day the man only took around 15 minutes to do the blinds. Excellent service I am so happy with the results.
Worst company ever, took full payment for our blinds right up to last minute telling us our blinds would be fitted on the 20th of June knowing full well they were going into liquidation. The guy who measures for you was seen a couple days prior to liquidation still taking orders. Woman in office blatantly lying that blinds were on way that morning. We have lost a lot of money but I’ll fight for every penny back. Shame on the ones still lying to clients knowing we wouldn’t get what we’d paid for. Terrible thing to do to decent hard working folk.
Sarah was brilliant measuring and sorting issues however the quality of the blinds are poor, very expensive, took 6-7 weeks to arrive and took over 6 months to get right. Blinds/pelmets arrived too long, ripped, missing parts, missing whole units ect. For paying over £4K (whole house)we didn’t get any money back but at least they came out 4 times and got all the issues rectified eventually. After having an amazing experience 4 years go this experience was terrible. I think the difference is they have gone from supplying their own stuff to a cheap supplier.
Fantastic service from the minute you step into the showroom from the girls. To Jake who came out to measure and quote, I had the whole house fitted. The 2 lads that fit them went above and beyond ensuring everything was perfect and tidy.They all set a great example for the company. Would I recommend them I definitely would. Came in to L.A Blinds as one of my old clips had broken from blinds not purchased from them. Spoke to a lovely lady called Khadija who without hesitation replaced it for me and making sure it was the right clip fitting and for free of charge. What a great customer experience and I sure will be buying my blinds from them in the future. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!
After having a new kitchen fitted it just needed the finishing touches. A friend and two family members suggested Archer blinds as they had used them in the past and had been really happy with the quality and service. I ran them for an appointment and Matt came the following day. There was no "hard sell" and a genuine interest to provide the best blinds for me. As I have a problem stretching and pulling the drawstring blinds, Matt suggested the ones with a rod to open and close them. He took time showing me the samples so that I could select one that complemented the tiling and decor. They were fitted two days later and look absolutely amazing. The rod mechanism is so easy to use and as Matt had checked whether I was right or left-handed they were fitted to suit my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them for all my blinds in the future.

Martin was very professional and came round to measure up, show samples and provide quote. Clear that Martin has a lot of experience and was able to advise about how best to deal with a range of windows and patio doors. Very reasonably priced with fast turnaround for fitting. Final finish was excellent due to accurate measurements and quality workmanship at the installation stage. Also neat and tidy which isn’t always the way these days. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend these guys! Really fast and reliable for quotes and fittings. Both me and my mum have had the faux wood blinds fitted for all windows in our houses and are so happy with them! We Had blinds done in 2010 by this company which were good and lasted well. I then asked if two of them could be refit into a new room and sought their guidance. I was advised that one blind was fine as is to be refit and the other just needed to be shortened in width. When it was installed however we found that, although the width was now fine, this second blind was too short in length - the measurer had clearly neglected to unroll the blind to ensure that the drop of the blind was suitable for the new window. They then tried to charge me for fitting a simple new plain roller blind (albeit at cost price) but then I would have two different blinds in one room!? Also cheeky to ask me to pay out for the first and a new job when I am the one being laden with the faulty product!? He tried to argue that the original job was not profitable but that shouldn’t come ahead of a bad job and poor service?? He then tried to blame me for not telling him the old and new windows were different lengths - as if the customer would know exact measurements of blind material and windows! He measured the drop of first window so why didn’t he do the second window. This was obviously his oversight and error and in true bully style he became aggressive and blamed me! It’s a known fact that you judge a company by its aftercare and customer service - errors are made but the sign of a reputable company is making good and taking responsibility. This company clearly won’t and doesn’t - just an aggressive man shouting and slamming phones down. I won’t be using them again and friends are pretty shocked at the negligent measuring.
