I ordered beautiful bamboo woven wood shades from Blindster almost three years ago, and they still look like new—stylish, timeless, and in perfect condition. This year, one of the cords started to fray, and since I had purchased the protection plan, they replaced it immediately and shipped it out very quickly. Cindy from customer service worked with me and went above and beyond in helping me—she was kind, attentive, and truly exceptional. Not only did I receive amazing service, but every day I continue to enjoy a product that brings beauty and warmth to my dining room. Thank you!

I'm rarely compelled to write reviews, but the premium service and products from Blindster exceeded all my expectations. From the time I ordered 4 material samples to delivery of the roman shades everything went smoothly. The quality of their fabrics was great and the fabrication completed quickly + fast delivery via FedEx. I'll definitely be ordering from Blindster for window coverings in other areas of my home.

Be very careful of this company. I have ordered blinds from them for 2 different homes. The plantation shutters DO NOT LAST. The slats come away from the wands. When you contact customer service all they will do is send you to a 3rd party vendor for repair and parts. They discontinue the manufacturers and then you must pay to get parts and have repairs done. BUYER BEWARE THE PLANTATION SHUTTERS DO NOT LAST!!
