This is some text inside of a div block.
I have never come across a company with such poor customer service. Considering they are supposed to be the best on the market, in my personal experience they are most definitely not. I’ve used several shutter companies in the past and have never had the issues I have experienced with Sanderson’s. My shutters were initially fitted before Christmas and I was promised that they would come back and finish them with trims etc a few days later. They eventually came out last week after months of chasing them on the telephone, via email, and text. The customer services department is anything but good customer service. Even now they are not finished to the standard I would expect. Overall a disappointing experience from beginning to end and I would certainly not recommend at all.

Would give 0 stars but there isn’t an option. Complete bodge, messed up in the survey meaning we were left with a frame that hangs across the doorway.. to be told by the fitter that ‘he’ll put some high vis tape on it and we can duck to get into the garage’ (photo attached) Manager came and chopped the frame down.. 3 weeks later the whole garage door frame collapsed (fortunately noone was standing under it) Turns out it had been anchored into plaster board. A couple of screws in plaster holding the massive weight of the door. Customer service team are no help at all. Avoid at all costs.

I am so impressed with the service I've received from Thomas Sanderson. From the initial design visit right through to installation I've had such a fab experience. I love all of my blinds and they've really finished the spaces with a touch of functional luxury. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Thomas Sanderson to my forends and family.
