We Had blinds done in 2010 by this company which were good and lasted well. I then asked if two of them could be refit into a new room and sought their guidance. I was advised that one blind was fine as is to be refit and the other just needed to be shortened in width. When it was installed however we found that, although the width was now fine, this second blind was too short in length - the measurer had clearly neglected to unroll the blind to ensure that the drop of the blind was suitable for the new window. They then tried to charge me for fitting a simple new plain roller blind (albeit at cost price) but then I would have two different blinds in one room!? Also cheeky to ask me to pay out for the first and a new job when I am the one being laden with the faulty product!? He tried to argue that the original job was not profitable but that shouldn’t come ahead of a bad job and poor service?? He then tried to blame me for not telling him the old and new windows were different lengths - as if the customer would know exact measurements of blind material and windows! He measured the drop of first window so why didn’t he do the second window. This was obviously his oversight and error and in true bully style he became aggressive and blamed me! It’s a known fact that you judge a company by its aftercare and customer service - errors are made but the sign of a reputable company is making good and taking responsibility. This company clearly won’t and doesn’t - just an aggressive man shouting and slamming phones down. I won’t be using them again and friends are pretty shocked at the negligent measuring.
