It’s busy all the time. Have good quality of clothes at affordable prices; however the staff seem busy all the time. The store should work on opening all the tills/counters to ease the queue. Merely find any staff at the store; let alone seeing them assist customers.
Poor communication, have to wait even after making it in time for my booking. The last time I missed a booking by about 20mins, a staff member made me pay half the price for arriving late and I still didn’t get my haircut. The late arrival fee was not mentioned in the terms and conditions whatsoever. I booked an appointment for today last week, only for them to cancel 1hr before the appointment. The good haircut does not justify the terrible experience.
My first ever visit to urban Outfitters, I've walked past often thinking it's for the very young! :-!) Bought 2 classic items at a ridiculously low sale price though would like to comment on the exceptional service I received. From an amazingly helpful girl when I entered the store guiding me to what I was looking for though most unforgettable was the experience on paying for my goods. The guy (from Livingston ) was a breath of fresh air in restoring my faith in how customer service within retail used to be though unfortunately now in many stores is entirely lost. This person was passionate within his role, so helpful and so very happy!!!! Look forward to my next visit as the shopping experience inspired me to revisit and tell my friends (also in their 50's) Many thanks!!!!!! Fiona
Not only for clothes, they have a wonderful collection of perfumes for women and children. I advise you to try them, you will not regret them. Because I have tried their perfumes and have not replaced them for ten years, they are worth a try for those who have never used them before.
Went in with the little brother today (he wanted a suit for the races next month.) We had no clue on suit sizes etc. A lovely gentlemen called James went above and beyond helping us out. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was a great help. Great customer service and suit looks proper smart 👍
Popped in for a couple of essentials. Cheap and cheerful. Would liked to have named the store operator that provided excellent service when I was in but she can only be denoted as operator: 01540739. Girl went above and beyond to offer assistance, thanks! Not a place I frequent much but very budget friendly.
Very spacious store located in the heart of Liverpool City centre. There are about 4/5 floors and plenty of clothing available. Their recently refurbished Home section is lovely and you can avail yourself a bargain.
This was a fantastic store to go shopping at, with a large area that is navigable through the signs for the categories! The escalators help to get around, the men's section is well laid out with a wide range and there is a good number of changing rooms. I bought smart casual trousers and was served by a lovely lady, who was really helpful in advising me what to wear when I asked questions! The price was sensible too and the store is well decorated.
Best primark we've been too in Europe. Great selection of items, 5 levels. Things aren't crammed like others. Also it's not packed with people. Cashiers and staff on each level. Great experience.
Primack is definitely one of the clothing stores I'd not miss given the massive amount of items they have! And not to mention, they are reasonably priced. Had a great time shopping here, and was able to find clothes and jeans that fitted me so well. Although there may be stuff that you may find out of nowhere that people tend to leave after the decision changes. Overall, I would certainly come back to Primack for my future shopping!
House of fraser houses many high-quality brands all over the world. They have cosmetics, perfume, clothing, and makeup. It is very big and its design is very elegant and class. The prices are high. They make many offers during annual events.
**Scarf from Primark :** I recently purchased a scarf from Primark, and I must say I'm quite pleased with my purchase. The scarf is not only stylish but also affordable. It's perfect for adding a pop of color to my outfits, and the quality seems quite good for the price. I'm happy with this buy! **Hoodie from Primark:** I also bought a hoodie from Primark during my visit. While it was very budget-friendly, I have to admit that the quality isn't the best. It feels a bit thin and might not be the warmest option for colder weather. However, if you're looking for something casual and don't want to spend too much, it could still serve its purpose. **T-Shirts from Primark :** I picked up a few t-shirts at Primark as well. They were reasonably priced, but I did notice that the quality was not exceptional. The fabric seems a bit thin, and I'm not sure how they will hold up over time. They are okay for basic, everyday wear, but I wouldn't expect them to last for ages.

I’m giving one star on behalf of my 67 year old mum. Yesterday 27 January 2024 around 5:50 pm she had a horrible experience in this shop, which ruined her entire day in the city . It was her day off and she was enjoying a bit of shopping. New look used to be one of her favourite shops, but these two staff were so rude. One was a security man and the other was a sales assistant. Once she walked in the alarm beeped , as she was coming out their alarm beeped again. There was absolutely no reason for this as she didn’t even touch anything in this shop and didn’t have any tags left from previous shops. Once the security man approached my mum she herself offered to show him the contents of her bags ( she had all of the receipts for everything she bought that day as well) , but she wanted to get everything out herself as she has a phobia of others touching her things with their hands (OCD). Then sales assistant intervened and started shoving her hands in to mums bag and rummaging all over. Once they understood that they made a mistake and that she did nothing wrong instead of apologising the security man told mum that it’s his job ( which mum totally understands ) and told mum to stop being rude! This is the point that really offended my mum as she is the nicest person you could meet and he made her feel like a naughty little girl when she is 67 and is a very nice and respectful person. The staff acted unprofessionally, rude and disrespectful. Not even an apology from either of them for stopping her in the first place. (She walked around other shops with the same contents of her bags and the alarm did not beep in any other shop but new look , which makes her feel that perhaps she was targeted on purpose.

This shop is good, you can find a lot of different stuff. It is huge, you must to have time to check because I think it is 3 floors. There are areas to children, boys and girls, women, man and home and more! I liked it. Also they have wi-fi that really help me because my network did not work there and I was able to do a call that was important, and continue to shopping. Other the prices are good and not bad quality! The day I went there was busy! But it was ok! I was surprised that they have a café shop, beauty shop inside!
