This is some text inside of a div block.
So I brought a item but use clear pay first payment of £19 came charge my mind send it back at my own cost this company has only refunded £9 back so they keep back £10 for some reason I’d not use them,I’m definitely not ordering again

Had a few issues to be honest. Originally I have clicked the wrong address. Same street different number. I noticed this straight away so emailed to update it. This was not done. However got an email back saying my order cant be dispatched due to stock limitations and they would be able to assist me with a refund or get a suitable replacement. So I emailed back again to ask what's the real story as I the tracking number doesn't work but it does say it's dispatched but the company themselves are saying they cant fulfill the order. My next reply from them totally disregarded any concerns I had. They said because the order had been dispatched they couldn't change the address and I should contact royal mail (tracking number still not working) despite me trying to get the address changed on the same day the order was placed. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. If you take a look at the reply here you will see how little this company cares. We've issued a refund so "problem solved" attitude. I got issued a refund after countless miscommunications to whether the order was coming or not, and if it was out of stock why was it available to purchase on the website. Money comes straight out of your bank to them but the refund will take X amount of business days meaning the money can't be spent elsewhere. Why apologise when you can just do better in the first place

Ordered an item and the promotional code didn't arrive until afterwards. Item was undeliverable due to inadequate delivery address so Royal Mail returned the parcel to Designwear. This was 8 days ago and still I'm waiting for confirmation that my order can be cancelled. Erratic response to emails, no one answering calls. Please can someone get back to me! Terrible customer service 😑
