I called the Birmingham store to enquire about a bag I saw online. I spoke to Louise who was very friendly and helpful. After making the purchase, she kept me up to date on progress and the bag was packaged up the same day (Saturday) and delivered on Tuesday which I thought was really good service. It was packaged very well and matched the description online. I am extremely happy with my new (to me) bag! I have also been into the Birmingham store a few times and the staff there have always been friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

I’ve been visiting the store regularly for a while now, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the incredible service I receive every time I walk through the door. From day one, both Louise and Kenya have made me feel completely at home. There’s something special about walking into a shop and being greeted with a warm smile, a genuine “how are you?”, and staff who actually remember you. Louise and Kenya both go above and beyond every single time. Whether I’m just browsing, selling a bag, or treating myself to something new, I never feel rushed or pressured. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming environment, and that’s 100% down to them. I’ve sold several bags through the Birmingham store, and the process has always been smooth, fair, and transparent. They take the time to explain how everything works, give honest feedback, and handle everything professionally. It’s not just about making a sale for them, it’s clear they care about building trust and long-term relationships with their customers. And when it comes to buying? Louise and Kenya both have such an amazing eye for style and detail. They’ve helped me find some beautiful pieces I probably wouldn’t have looked at on my own. They’re always happy to give honest opinions and answer any questions, no matter how small. It feels more like shopping with friends than anything else. I’ve visited the London store once out of curiosity, but honestly, nothing compares to the experience I’ve had in the Birmingham branch. It truly feels like a little community in there, and the girls have created something really special. They’ve set the bar so high for what customer service should be friendly, professional, personal, and genuine.
