Awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a top as a gift, which i didn’t receive any confirmation email or order number. After 1 week of it being late - I emailed to ask the whereabouts of my order. This was like pulling blood out of a stone. They said my order was on the way. I chased another 6 times and they were very unhelpful. By this time I couldn’t give the gift as it was 3 weeks late! I asked for a refund they said no. Now, I had to return the item as it was so late I couldn’t give it as a gift. I returned the item 2 weeks ago now, got it tracked and signed so I knew when it had been delivered. This cost £5.40 btw! I emailed to chase up on my return and refund, 3 times, a week later, as I had no confirmation they had received it. I tracked the order and it showed delivered a week ago. I sent a long email stating i need my refund asap and i need them to tell me what is happening with it. I had to chase my own email 3 times. In which they responded ‘it’s been delivered from our end’ (They were talking about the initial email, saying it’s been delivered to my house)!. They didn’t even bother reading the thread of emails! I am so unhappy with the experience they have given me, it’s so frustrating having to chase a company for over a month - for your own money! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 mystery boxes a week apart from each other. 1st came fine no issues. 2nd one I wasn’t provided with an order number and have not received my parcel despite me providing proof that I’ve ordered twice. However, they’ve taken payment. Anytime I email I get asked for the order number which I’ve informed them I wasn’t provided with! Or just ignored! So basically paid £200 for 1 box what a joke

If I could give it zero stars I would all the clothes comes literally dirty with big black marks on them. I got 2 premium mystery boxes which are valued at £200 a box the 2 boxes together just add up to £100 it’s ridiculous how this company is basically scamming people. They sent me a top which is worth £18 if that doesn’t tell you anything I don’t know what will. Would not recommend at all took nearly 2 month for it to be delivered asked for a refund and they just sent two boxes filled with rubbish basically because they didn’t want to give me my money back
