Whilst an incredibly busy shop the selection is incredible with high quality garments often at good prices. The staff do incredibly well supporting multiple clients, particular shout out to Faizan who has helped both me and many of my friends and family find out bridal outfits. His patience is second to none and he gives great advice, all while remaining calm in an incredibly busy environment. This guy deserves a medal! I also love that they let you try on as many pieces as you need to in order to make a decision. Many shops restrict you to trying just 2. There's also no appointment necessary!

If you’re considering Mongas for your wedding, DON’T. They have completely ruined my bridal experience and even other shops in the area and fellow shoppers have reported the same following us leaving disappointed and extremely upset. When I addressed issues with my dress they told me they would rectify it and as I had many MANY issues, I had spoken to the manager and expressed my dissatisfaction and it was agreed that we would discuss reimbursement or compensation at the next fitting. Upon the next fitting, some of these issues were not rectified at all and they weren’t little things in my opinion. All I wanted to do was address the issues and explain that I would take the outfit as is but would like compensation or reimbursement as we are too close to the day of my wedding now, due to their mistakes and mess ups. Before I could even say anything we noticed yet another RED stain on my WHITE wedding dress, upon other issues, marks and stains on my dress. Upon mentioning, this the manager bent down in my aunts face, who was sitting on the floor and pointed this out, and begun shouting at her and myself before we could even really say anything, despite our calm and friendly demeanour. The overall treatment we received was disgusting and the significant price that we paid was not reflect in the quality of the finished piece at all. I am absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated throughout the experience. They have caused emotional distress as well as wasted our time and energy, and for me they have ruined my big day. I have no words for how horrible they truly are. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive, non-existent customer service, horrible experience. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

The wedding dress I brought was beautiful and what I wanted but was very unhappy that when I came to collect the dress. I noticed a hole in it. The customer service from Monga was poor, the assistant said he had repaired it but the hole could still be seen, after the second time they had somehow done a satisfactory job with sewing it up. I also waited a very long time and felt like the staff didn’t bother with the defective dress, or to help out properly once the money was paid.
