Fantastic little shop! Was a bit apprehensive about going in for the first time as I thought it would be a little(actually very) snooty! However it is now one of my favourite shops in the area. Great range of products ranging from shooting to golf. I have now been back many times and purchased a few suits as well as other bits. The yeti range is very good. Massive thanks to store manager Jennifer and young Sam who make you feel welcomed and take time to chat and to help you. Both are very friendly and make for a nice shopping experience. Will be back again soon.

Placed an order based on item being in stock. after a week of waiting for a 2 to 5 day delivery without any update i contacted them to be told , no stock available until mid July. Claim to have left a voicemail regarding this but absolutely no missed calls or voicemail on phone. would never have placed an order if they were honest about being out of stock in the first place

To start with some context. I had an old pair of Meindl walking boots which the sole recently started to split on. I had a fieldtrip coming up in approx. 2 weeks so i looked around for the best replacement. A farley had a great deal on Meindl Dovre GTX boots. Great! I bought them. Delivery was fine. They arrived and were slightly too big so, through their online exchange portal i organised an exchange for a size 10 (instead of 10.5) It registered on the webpage that an exchange was organised. I sent them back. I had an email the day after letting me know about refunds (it said at the top of the page if you have organised an exchange disregard this email) I thought, great. Everything was in order. 2 Working days went by and i heard nothing. This is about 1 week left now until my fieldtrip. So i called them and they said the return wasnt set up as an exchange... odd... i saw it with my own eyes. Probably a backend issue, not great either way but they put it through properly as an exchange. That was organised on the friday and i was due to leave on the thursday week after. I was getting nervous at this point but was assuring myself it would be here in time as they use next day delivery. Great if they ship monday, theres 2 days leeway to get the boots. I called up on the monday asking for an update, i was happy to pay extra to organise faster shipping. It was vital i had these so a voluntary extra cost was no issue. They said they only ship through a designated service and was no option to expedite. The customer service rep could guarantee me friday delivery. Too late. It was early enough in the day to get the boots and take them to DPD. A business that doesnt take extra money?! Crazy. Whilst the price they offered was great the customer service reps were polite. The service is abysmal and the back end of the website needs looking at. In this day and age, the fact you cant get a relatively small package to another location WITHIN England within 2 days, hell even 1 with some couriers is ridiculous. Will take my business elsewhere in future.
