They got there in the end, booked my measuring appointment, turned up the next day around 12ish. Dylan measured and gave me a quote, I was more than happy as here was a lot cheaper than other places. My blinds arrived within two weeks, got a phone call the night before to ask if they could fit me in between 8-6. Kev turned up around 12ish, I was having 5 blinds fitted, he fitted 3 then told me he’d have to come back tomorrow with my other 2.. you’ll have to wait in again between 8-6. If I knew only half was getting done, I’d of preferred to wait till the next day and have them all done in one go. Anyway got him to measure for another Venetian by by front door, Dylan dealt with quotes etc, all due respect he knocked a decent bit off because of all the messing round. Next day the girl turned up to do my two rollers that should of been done the day before, after fitting them she said oh I’ll have to order you another one this one is too short (about 5 inches) so then again, I had to wait AGAIN in for them, two girls came back with my front door blind and the roller that was too short in the kitchen. Then the Venetian was 10cm too short, she tried to move it further down so it dropped more.’Honestly couldn’t believe it, I’d of measured myself if I knew they wasn’t good with a tape measure. Over a week again later, the blind has been replaced and now finally all blinds fit how they should after 4 visits. I’d recommend the blinds, maybe not the company.
Could defiantly see this being an absolute nightmare if you are taking days off work to wait in for them.
Anyway all the staff were lovely, blinds are nice but they’re a pain in the bum if your anything like me and hate waiting or being messed round.
Just a lot of money spent for that much messing round.
