AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Would advise to stay away from here unless you want a phone returned to you in an even more broken state than originally given to them to fix. Broke the motherboard apart on an iphone 12 i had them fix with a wifi/cellular issue got the phone back with promises of ALL issues being fixed yet it never was, had to fork out to buy a 2nd hand phone to replace the new one id just taken out on contract due to their negligence, rude staff that couldn’t care less just thankful i never paid them anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Came 27th Dec phone screen flashing they said was the LCD screen replaced for £105.00 same thing happened 5 weeks later they said its been dropped ?I had not dropped it so they wanted more money to repair it ..definitely not recommend. What a dissapointing experience ..Had phone checked and its not a brand new screen its a copy the problem has nothing to do with dropping it ..see what trading standards say when I speak to them would never trust this place again!
Excellent service. The team is very reassuring and efficient. My iphone was not chargeable due to taking on some rain the previous day. I left my phone there for diagnostics at 9am and by 2pm, they completed the check and recommended small repair. I collected my phone by 5pm the same day. No fuss and everything works well. Highly recommend.

Very fast and reliable service. One hour turnaround for a replacement charge connector. I feel the difference and best of all the engineer was able to do the job without taking the gorilla glass off. First of all, the guy at the front counter has no bearing on this rating. He was fine and I have no complaints apart from not being told about the no refund policy which the owner claims they always do. They don't. I paid over 130 dollars to get a screen replacement for my phone to get data off of it since it was broken. I called the next day and said I was able to do it myself and asked for a partial refund - I understand it took time to process my request. I was denied and made aware that it is against company policy to issue refunds and work hadn't even started on my phone yet! This is absurd. And before the owner comes in and says "we're sorry you feel that way, we want our customers to be happy", you don't. If you did, you would give me at least some of my money back. Now I am offered store credit - you don't even have anything for sale besides screen protectors and cases. This is such shady behavior. Edit: I do appreciate being responded to quickly. I will come back either for my store credit for which I'm not sure what i can get still, or for my data transfer - whichever will be best for me. If these go well and are transparent, I will update or remove the review.
