Very fast and reliable service. One hour turnaround for a replacement charge connector. I feel the difference and best of all the engineer was able to do the job without taking the gorilla glass off. It's the feel factor, nice strong connection and there was no phone down time. I will definitely return for future repairs

I really wanted to write good review to the shop as they appeared to be very good service and fast acting.
However, I had my iPhone 11 screen repaired by them 1 month ago and I paid 90 pounds for the good quality OEM screen but within a week, the screen cracked inside my pocket. I may have nudged it but nothing major happened.
I took the phone back to them and understandably they refused to repair it under warranty initially but after a few discussions they agreed to repair it out of good will but highlighted that there would be no more warranty. I appreciated it and so it was repaired.
Within 1 week, I dropped my phone out of my pocket from my chair with an impact case on and it landed on my vinyl floor with screen facing up. Guess what, the screen cracked. It’s my fault for dropping the phone for sure. But I have done that many many times with my original iPhone screen no issue.
What’s I am trying to say is the quantity of their screen is questionable. It may be my bad luck or I am expecting too much on a non apple parts at 1/3 of the price. 😐

The service was incredibly fast and affordable. Got my phone fixed in an hour for £40 (full diagnostics plus replacement of a part)! The staff were also very nice and helpful when I asked their opinion on a different subject unrelated to my device.
