Absolute incompetence throughout. I went to 2 physical branches, where I was told by the only working “assistant” that they simply couldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t know anything. It was therefore my responsibility to book my appointment online (on what I don’t know because my phone is broken). I had to pay a deposit and wait 4 working days for the necessary piece to be sent, as they don’t have any in their stock. On the very day I had booked, I was told that my appointment was cancelled because clearly someone didn’t do their job but couldn’t even give me a convincing bs reason. It then became my responsibility to re-book my appointment, and lose the deposit I had already paid. 2 weeks after my phone broke, I still have made no progress despite paying, calling, emailing, booking, re-booking etc with no guarantee that my problem will be fixed at all because I actually never had a proper diagnostic. Can anyone do their job anymore? Will I have to replace the screen of my phone myself?
