Windows are not always 100% clean and have streak marks/bits on them. I have had to go over with a cloth on more than one occasion. It would be good to know what day the guys were coming as there is no access around the back of the house although I know that is difficult with your scheduling and weather etc. I think the ease of contacting the office is good and it’s great to have options on how often the clean is required. The one chap I have met was friendly and polite but I’m sorry it was so long ago I can’t remember his name
We got several quotes to replace 2nd floor and basement windows, as well as 2 doors. American Thermal was not the cheapest, but definitely NOT the most expensive. They came highly recommended to us by multiple people including a realtor/building manager friend. Iver was great through the entire process, making recommendations and suggesting ways to even save money to reinvest in other areas. They did a fantastic job on our 1926 Arts & Crafts home. Getting new windows at Krasiva was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Everyone I worked with was a pleasure to talk to. Mike (Sales) took his time, explained our options thoroughly and gave us a few very impressive demonstrations before we made our decision. He was friendly, low-pressure, and answered all our questions directly. Derrick (General Manager) was exceptionally helpful when I called to ask about the status of our order, or when I had technical questions about the windows themselves. He went out of his way to talk me through the window features and sent me all the information I requested in detail. Tyrone and team (Install) got all our windows installed in two days (10 windows!). They were professional and took their time to do the job right. We were able to get our windows installed a couple weeks earlier than estimated as well, which was a nice surprise. The windows look great and we love how they let in so much light. (we were able to discard our solar screens due to the energy efficiency of the Desert Mountain Windows) I can't wait to see how much cooler they make the house this summer! We only did half the windows in our house, but I will definitely be calling Krasiva back when we are ready to do the rest.
MWT Windows is the company to use! We got all 16 windows replaced in our home. We were told it would be 3 - 4 months timeframe for the windows to be manufactured. Ben Tompkins at the office kept up updated all along. We opted for black paneless windows with full screens. The quality is awesome! The price was competitive with those national companies who give you a high pressure sales pitch. The process was pleasant from start to finish. Totally changed the look of our home. I have never seen our windows cleaner. The service was affordable and very thorough. The guy even went to Home Depot halfway through to get a stronger cleaner so he could do the best job on the outside windows. We will definitely be using them again. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning
Big City Window Cleaners are AMAZING!!! I don't write reviews very often but I feel that this is definitely worthy of one. I volunteer at a spiritual center in the valley and we used to struggle to keep the windows, solar panels and even the HUGE glass dome clean. So we shopped around and found Big City Window Cleaners. From the initial phone call, to email correspondence, to the cleaners themselves, we have all been super impressed! Everyone was so kind and friendly, profession and did a wonderful job! We have a big building. The dome is about 20 ft tall and about 60 ft across. They were able to do this spotlessly. They had a solid crew working around the building, some on the dome, others cleaning windows, others cleaning our 144 solar panel car port. They cleaned the tall windows all around, the 2nd story windows were cleaned inside and out, and they even removed the screens, washed and dried them and put them back. That was seriously top notch service! Lastly, we are a spiritual center. So it is imperative that whoever we have coming to do any work be mindful and respectful. Dave, Stanley and everyone else was so attentive that they took off their shoes without being asked, wiped all the surfaces and left things sparkling. All the volunteers here were really impressed with this solid crew that came and worked so well without being intrusive in any way. Very happy with Emerald Windows. We did a 59-window project in a 112-year-old building. Owner was very responsive to needs and issues that arose. Onsite team was great. They went above and beyond (extra woodwork, painting, cleaning up, etc.). Consistently cleaned up after their work. Windows look and work great. They even re-hung all our blinds! Several neighbors have told us how good it looks. Very pleased.
Ordered black windows with black grids in October of last year. We ordered black frames with black grids. On the day of install we noticed that the frames were black but the grids were white. So, we have black framed windows with white grids- complete eye sore. I've called numerous times trying to get a call back from the assigned supervisor or manager, he has not called me back. The windows were installed 12/26. It is now 02/03 - we're still waiting on these windows. I've mentioned several times that this house was on a schedule and a budget for renovations as it is an investment property, we need to be finished and on the market by a certain time. We cannot complete certain work in the home while we continue to wait on these new windows to arrive because no one took the time to check that the correct windows were arriving. Not only did I pay $24k for new windows, but now I am also losing money as we continue to wait on the actual windows that were ordered. I've called and text so many times to try to get an answer. I understand the windows are custom, but when the factory, or Window World makes a mistake and delivers the wrong windows, there should be a faster turn around time to get your clients the correct product. We waited 8 weeks for the windows the first time, and now have to wait another 8 weeks to receive what should have been received in the first place. Complete customer service fail.

We had ASP replace our whole home with new windows and sliding doors with Linea Rossa products. After having 4 other estimates, our salesman Peter came to our house and we instantly knew this was the right company. Peter was not pushing the sale or trying to make us commit right away. His goal was that we understood the process, the labor involved and educated us on the product. Once we decided to do the job, Peter brought in Emilio and Roybel to do the installation and these guys really know what they are doing. We realized how good they were after seeing other installations from different companies and we knew that we chose the right company. To be honest, sometimes no job can go perfect from start to finish but what was important is that if I had a question or concern with something Peter and the guys were there to address it and take care of it. Great online system but poor quality work This is based on my experience with the team in Bury The initial contact was great. Very easy to use and arrange and reassured by the companies "you will be impressed with our work" attitude in most emails from them. They quickly came and did the free window clean, which is very kind of them, to price up the job accurately. After they left a card was posted with the cost for the ongoing 4 weekly clean (which was reasonable). That's where the quality stopped. Upon looking at the work carried out it looked like I had paid my daughter to do the job for pocket money. There were streaks, marks and big clumps of moss still still in the corner of the glass. This goes against the quote on their website that states "We spend longer than the average window cleaner to get into every corner of your glass, frame and sills". I'm afraid I did not see this in the quality of the work carried out by this company and unfortunately you can only base a window cleaner on if they leave your windows clean. They did not on this occasion. I'll continue my search for a decent window cleaner or just buy a ladder!

Gutter cleaning… For 24 years I did this job myself. I am very picky about how things are done. Getting on in age, I’ve decided that tall ladders are not the best idea for me so I had to relinquish a little control to get this job done. Found Prime Time via Google search. Got an appointment easily with fairly little lead time. Worker was on time, cordial, and professional, was sweet to my dogs and we talked about classic cars for a few minutes after the job was done. Price was fair. When thinking about the value of this work, you have to factor in the risk, not just the time. He worked efficiently but I never sensed that he was rushing. My property was left spotless. I love that they supply photos of the clean gutters along with the invoice. This was my second experience with Prime Time. I’ll be reaching out again in the Spring.
