Stephen, who is clearly very knowledgeable in his field of work, and his team were very polite and professional and cleared up everything that had come down. Stunning transformation! Chips Tree Service for the win! We had moved here recently from Colorado. Having a good knowledge of planting and landscaping in a climate of four seasons, our new home here was obviously lacking some appeal. After researching landscaping (which is a completely different thing in the valley/desert) I had no clue what to do so I clearly had to call in a professional. I read the reviews about Chips, and called them, scheduled a free consultation with a gentleman named Anthony. He came over and we talked about my vision and he explained his knowledge and background about desert friendly landscaping and between the two of us, we came up with a quote. I will be very honest. You get what you pay for. I wanted it done right and done once. So we spent the money. No regrets. As well, we needed a new irrigation system put in to replace the existing one that had broken. Hector and his group were top notch guys working on this project. They were timely, polite, patient (because I was that girl who said, move it a little this way, nope that way, a bit more the other way) and they were so kind and supportive. This was a very heavy job. The task was not easy. These trees were very heavy. The outcome is beyond what I had expected. With Anthony’s experience and talent about desert trees, the consistent updates from the main office about the scope of work and the schedule, to Hector and his group, I’m thrilled with everything! Please note, the pictures are slightly incomplete because the boulder is not in yet. But enjoy the pictures and trust in Chips for your landscape plan! I have followed Justin Henley from his other company and he was very knowledgeable then. Now that he is a certified arborist and has gone with SavATree I had to call on him again. We have tall pine trees next to our house and had beetles that killed one of them he immediately contacted me back and was out the next day. He assessed our situation and had our one tree removed and the other pines treated. So far he caught it in time as we love our trees. Called a competitor tree company that I used before. Quote was way high. Called Northside after a google search. Read the Google reviews and was skeptical because of the 4.9 rating with over a thousand reviews. Thought it seemed fishy. I was wrong. 100% would recommend. Showed up on time, quote guy took his time and took plenty of marked pictures for the crew. Once I approved the quote they called the next day to set up the work. Showed up on time with a crew of 4. Met with Brandon the day of. They did all the quoted work and then some. Made sure I was happy with it before coming out of each tree. Cleaned up really well. Northside was 1K less than competitor quote. Customer service was exceptional. Will definitely use again.

The JG team was amazing. We had a big project (removal of two very large trees from a rowhouse backyard not adjacent to the street) with an impossible set of circumstances (cars did not move per street closure permit, police were slow to respond and approve towing, the team was operating in very narrow streets coordinating multiple large vehicles). Despite all of this, the team pulled off the job with the highest quality and safety in the same day. All of this was made even better by Jack and his team's flexibility. Jack was instrumental in coordinating with the police enforcing the permit and tow trucks to clear the working area. After that, the team made it look like a piece of cake. Other notable positives in working with JG Landscaping: they were prompt in my request for an estimate, Jack came out to the location the same week of my sending a request (it was a nonurgent request), flexible in scheduling the job, estimate was extremely competitive based on other estimates received for the same job (this may be in part due to the fact that they own their own equipment where others rent it for each job), estimate = actual amount charged despite logistical challenges, positive attitude and high degree of professionalism from Jack and team the entire time. This was my first job with JG. So long as I live in the greater Philadelphia area, I will only work with this team.

We wanted the wood chips of our own trees for mulch so I don't have to worry about tree diseases. We asked if it's possible to have wood chips after cutting down and trimming the trees and they said yes. We made sure multiple times that we wanted to keep the wood chips before they come. Nope! We couldn't have the wood chips. They ignored our request. The guy said it was not on the work order. I am so disappointed. I hired different company if I knew I couldn't get the wood chips from this company.

What a fantastic service from GraftinGardeners. Having tried 4 or 5 Tree Survey firms in London with no luck or no interest in helping, I called GraftinGardeners just before closing time one evening. Adam took the call and spent a good deal of time understanding my issue and in particular the tight deadline to get a tree report for planning purposes. He then sent me an email summarising his conclusions and then a further email on a Sunday evening with additional details all of which were incredibly helpful. All I can say is that this level of service is really rare these days. Will definitely be using for all my tree pruning etc from now on.

Booking was simple and easy to set up and I had an email showing who the lead arborist would be on the day which was a great touch. Today, Lewis and Chris’s team came over and did a top quality job. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and would ask me to check the work to ensure it met my expectations. The team of 5 tackled 11 trees in a day and cleared up all the offcuts in my garden as well as my next door neighbours front gardens.
