The JG team was amazing. We had a big project (removal of two very large trees from a rowhouse backyard not adjacent to the street) with an impossible set of circumstances (cars did not move per street closure permit, police were slow to respond and approve towing, the team was operating in very narrow streets coordinating multiple large vehicles). Despite all of this, the team pulled off the job with the highest quality and safety in the same day. All of this was made even better by Jack and his team's flexibility. Jack was instrumental in coordinating with the police enforcing the permit and tow trucks to clear the working area. After that, the team made it look like a piece of cake. Other notable positives in working with JG Landscaping: they were prompt in my request for an estimate, Jack came out to the location the same week of my sending a request (it was a nonurgent request), flexible in scheduling the job, estimate was extremely competitive based on other estimates received for the same job (this may be in part due to the fact that they own their own equipment where others rent it for each job), estimate = actual amount charged despite logistical challenges, positive attitude and high degree of professionalism from Jack and team the entire time. This was my first job with JG. So long as I live in the greater Philadelphia area, I will only work with this team.
