Jack the plumber went the extra mile literally when he came to us 20 miles out of his usual working area to fix a leaking toilet and replace a radiator value, great communication and responded quickly to our enquiry,quoted and came out the following week. It was nice to find a plumber who is wiling to do the smaller jobs as all of our local plumbers were too busy and only two out of 10 plumbers I'd contacted even replied. I will be recommending Jack The Plumber to all my friends and family and he'll be the fist port of call for any future plumbing issues we have šš
Do not ever trust this company! Always look for second opinion. The last two times they came, both times their analysis and quotes were completely unprofessional and with the only intention to get a lump of money for services that are not needed. The first time I asked to come for regular seasonal check. The technician came and told me he the usual, that I need and surge protector and that I also need a UV lamp. I agreed on the UV lamp since the price was reasonable. But I guess I got what I paid for. You can see the photos. Hole in the unit. Lamp barely secured with tape, that after a few months was hanging open and letting attic air in the unit. Their next visit ended with a statement that the drip pan needs to be replaced for 1500$ since there is a spot next to it. Going there myself, it turned out that that most likely during the first visit, the technician have damaged the drain pipe connection on the side of the unit. Not only the pan was fine, bit it was clear from the rust on the side of the unit where the water was coming from. Again their statement and $1500 and the actual fix for $150. Unprofessional, lying, and I have no words to express my disappointment.

Left the area cleaner than when he arrived and was very helpful helping me get a restoration company to help me with the water damage to my wood floors. Nice guy!!!

After years of complaining about the lack of flushing power on our old homeās toilets Chip helped me select new ones that would complement our other bathroom fixtures and resolve my husbandās flushing woes. Instead of $12,600 I paid $814!! We had a quote from a reputable plumber in DC but they totally provided an estimate that was apparently way too high. Magnolia sent Nelson out and he provided a bid that was stepped, with the worst case being approx. $2,000. These guys know what they are doing and super honest! And fast!!!

Roman was the technician sent by Goodman Plumbing. He arrived within an hour of us discovering our sump pump had failed. He was very pleasant and professional during the job and completed it within timely manner. He also provided us with welcoming useful ideas and tips on steps to keep our basement dry. I would highly recommend this firm and in particular, their technician Roman.

Weāve always had excellent experiences with Benjamin Franklin in the past (theyāre our āgo toā plumber choice), but our recent experience with Joe Molina has set that bar even higher. Joe came out to replace a balancing spool in our main shower. Not only did he take the time to listen to our issue and remove/replace the balancing spool (which wasnāt an easy task), but he was courteous and pleasant the entire time. We were also impressed with how much care he put into ensuring that he wasnāt tracking anything through the house. He also listened to several general plumbing questions that we had, and offered opinions and solutions. We ended up replacing our toilet in the guest bathroom as a result of his recommendation, which he was able to perform on the same day (we had considered replacing this toilet previously, but his recommendation convinced us to take the plunge). We canāt recommend Joe or Benjamin Franklin enough! We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again in the future, and have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing needs
Johnathan was efficient and professional. Quickly highlighted potential issues (common shut off valve being the main one), had the water back on in under 10 minutes, mopped up the water caused when a neighbor stopped him to complain (!) installed 2 new inlet valves, replaced the outside pipe insulation and texted me the photo so I can let the management company know it needs replacing. He literally ran to get the job done.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and Ā£700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues. 1st Choice came out promptly and started diagnosing our boiler. The immediate fault was quickly identified and demonstrated so we understood exactly what had gone wrong. They were up-front about costs and likelihood of repair. We decided to gamble on a replacement part which was very quickly sourced and installed. Unfortunately it started acting up again, but 1st Choice came out again at no extra charge to investigate. We ended up having to go for another boiler entirely, but we really appreciated their professionalism, explanation of the fault, and honesty about whether or not the proposed fix would work. Really quick and professional service - I was really impressed with how well everything was explained to me and I was given some very reasonable options to consider. We've had bad experiences with tradesmen in the past when they say they will come out to look free of charge but then up the price to a crazy figure when they arrive. We had our annual plumbing inspection today. Brad was our technician and was on time, through and very personable. He found a couple of safety related issues that he was able to take care of on the spot. I always feel better knowing that my plumbing and electrical needs are inspected often and correctly. We've used L17 Plumbing & heating services twice as a local company. Once for an urgent repair to a bathroom hot tap that would not turn off, and once for planned replacement of an old permanently dripping kitchen mixer tap. Michael is very busy with a lot of jobs and the first time it took him a couple of days to fit us in. When he attended he quickly & efficiently made the repair and checked that everything else was alright. Later he came to fit a new mixer tap which has worked great since then, & also isolation valves (penny valves) to the kitchen & bathroom sinks as we didn't have these. Michael is very professional, clearly explains the work that he is doing, is very knowledgeable and will give advice but does not suggest unnecessary extras.

A very disappointing experience. The technician was unable to fix our boiler and spent an extensive amount of time attempting to get spare parts. After returning, he informed us that there were no available spares and suggested getting a quote for boiler replacement. Surprisingly, we were charged nearly Ā£500 despite leaving us with a faulty boiler. The plumber claimed to have spent 4 hours in our flat, but it seems he only conducted two brief inspections. To make matters worse, two days later, the water leakage worsened, penetrating the wall and causing damage to our bedroom floor and wall. Additionally, the towel radiator valve, which was flagged during his initial visit, was not fixed on the second visit. We requested a refund, but the customer service response was significantly delayed, contrary to their 3-5 working days claim. They resisted issuing a refund and are currently in negotiations. Avoid this company. Waste of time and money.
