PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I typically don’t leave negative reviews but i felt it was important to share my experience so others aren’t treated the way we were after a very UNSETTLING conversation with the wife. We hired first class plumbing because our kitchen faucet wasn’t working properly. I had high expectations because they were referred to us by a close friend to THEM, however my interaction with the owner (the wife) was deeply disappointing. The plumber (the husband) came to our home, took apart the faucet and explained we had a faulty valve. He said he needed to find a replacement and left for 20 minutes when he returned he put the faucet back together incorrectly (the handle is on backward and the water pressure is now WORSE) he then said “y’all need a new faucet” and left. Nothing else was said, after voicing our concerns to their “close friend” the plumber advised he would replace the faucet at no charge. I’m not sure if he explained this to his wife but when I called to resolve the issue the wife dismissed my words, explained they waste at least $100 of gas coming to my house (30 minute drive between our cities) and that we would need to pay nearly $400 for the replacement. We already purchased a new faucet based on what the plumber said and we were only calling to set up the appointment. Before we could come to common ground, the wife yelled at me, called me INSANE for expecting them to fix a problem they made worse and expecting them to do it for free. We were prepared to pay him either way because we understand that running a business is challenging and when i tried communicating my concerns the owner responded in a way that felt curt, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Rather than listening she seemed to only be interested in proving a point which made the conversation counterproductive where she ultimately hung up on me and refused to answer my calls thereafter. I will NEVER hire this company again and i am only sharing this experience to warn others in hopes that this feedback will lead to a more positive experience for future customers.. so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They still expect payment after breaking or making the problem worse. UPDATE!!!!! The wife called me and told me I was lying and said I am the reason businesses fail. HA! I don't have a reason to lie nor am I unable to afford a plumber (her words) I didn't expect him to work for free if you would have read my previous post I said "WE WERE PREPARED TO PAY HIM". I told the truth and instead of resolving the issue you decided to come back and respond negatively. If I was treated with respect maybe this review would be different. So, YOU are the reason your business will fail. Eddie (the plumber) may know what to do but his execution is sadly subpar. Continued education is a must because not all faucets are "American made"... Dania (I guess is the wife) is unprofessional and needs to take a class on customer service skills and how to speak to people. Dania, I hope you read this, do better! I will say it again DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I will not be responding to any other comments from this company.
