Sadly it's been a disappointing experience with cracked and damaged panels on a 13 panel system installed last week, I always leave it to people to make a decision for themselves but attached photos so people can make their own mind up. UPDATE after some back and too over 3 weeks and a formal complaint effective home replaced 5 panels and put things right so changed to 3 stars, the guys who completed the remedial works were decent, courteous and resolved the issues

Shocking service. Chose someone else would be my advice. Very quick with the process of sales but then when it comes to instillation they sub contract to bodge it and scarper. Scaffolding went up, installers arrived started work, then broke a roof tile and said the scaffolding was wrong. A roofer was promised to arrive the next day. They then just left. Rubbish left everywhere, dust and debris from drilling left where it fell, solar panels left on our decking. Now 10 days with no further contact, chased effective home for answers, no response, not returning e mails or calls.
