Avoid Boiler Central at all costs. I paid in November 2024 for a solar installation that included 10kW inverter capacity. In January 2025, Green Central installed a lower-capacity inverter than what I paid for — a mistake they acknowledged, yet have still not corrected as of July 2025. I've taken multiple days off work, waited at home for installers who never showed, and repeatedly followed up — only to receive vague updates, excuses, or no response at all. I was told at one point the installer was "sick" and later found out the correct inverter hadn't even been ordered. Shockingly, after I left a negative Google review earlier in the process, I was asked to remove it with the promise that the installation would go ahead. I took the review down in good faith, but again — they failed to deliver. This has now dragged on for over 7 months, and Green Central has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. They were happy to take my money but have not fulfilled their obligations. If you’re thinking of using Green Central, think again — you may not get what you paid for, and they may not fix it.

My experience with Boiler Central was quick easy and hassle free. I agreed with the quote and they booked me in for installation within 2 days. The boiler fitter arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. The boiler was fitted in a timely manner and the area was tidied up well. All rubbish was removed and disposed of by the engineer and he explained how to work the boiler. I would highly recommend boiler central to anyone. I have opted in to the service plan which is very reasonable as well
