Ordered black windows with black grids in October of last year. We ordered black frames with black grids. On the day of install we noticed that the frames were black but the grids were white. So, we have black framed windows with white grids- complete eye sore. I've called numerous times trying to get a call back from the assigned supervisor or manager, he has not called me back. The windows were installed 12/26. It is now 02/03 - we're still waiting on these windows. I've mentioned several times that this house was on a schedule and a budget for renovations as it is an investment property, we need to be finished and on the market by a certain time. We cannot complete certain work in the home while we continue to wait on these new windows to arrive because no one took the time to check that the correct windows were arriving. Not only did I pay $24k for new windows, but now I am also losing money as we continue to wait on the actual windows that were ordered. I've called and text so many times to try to get an answer. I understand the windows are custom, but when the factory, or Window World makes a mistake and delivers the wrong windows, there should be a faster turn around time to get your clients the correct product. We waited 8 weeks for the windows the first time, and now have to wait another 8 weeks to receive what should have been received in the first place. Complete customer service fail.
