Gutter cleaning… For 24 years I did this job myself. I am very picky about how things are done. Getting on in age, I’ve decided that tall ladders are not the best idea for me so I had to relinquish a little control to get this job done. Found Prime Time via Google search. Got an appointment easily with fairly little lead time. Worker was on time, cordial, and professional, was sweet to my dogs and we talked about classic cars for a few minutes after the job was done. Price was fair. When thinking about the value of this work, you have to factor in the risk, not just the time. He worked efficiently but I never sensed that he was rushing. My property was left spotless. I love that they supply photos of the clean gutters along with the invoice. This was my second experience with Prime Time. I’ll be reaching out again in the Spring.

Turned into a good experience due to prompt customer service and a great second technician. First technician was not a good experience. Quoted me $500 for 38 windows outside only and half that amount of screens. Company called and sent a different technician named Ben and a reasonable quote. He was wonderful and did a thorough job. He was nice, attentive, and my windows look great. Suggested I do 2 cleanings a year and will call back to ask for Ben specifically. Thank you for turning it into a good experience

Excellent work, great communication with contractor, easy to pay option. They did a fabulous job cleaning the brick and siding. I definitely recommend. The one thing I will point out is I believe it is a third party contract job. The employee did not know what he was doing besides washing on one side of the house so the communication between the 800 number and the contractor they're using needs to improve.
