I stayed at the Sofitel at Philadelphia for three nights and I was very impressed by the quality of the service and the facilities. Here are some of the highlights of my stay: • The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I appreciated the attention to detail and the amenities, such as the coffee machine, the minibar, and the TV. • The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me with my check-in and check-out, gave me recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and answered all my questions. • The hotel had several measures to promote sustainability and reduce waste, such as hygienic and sealed soap dispensers, and incentives for guests who choose to limit housekeeping. I think this is a great initiative and I hope more hotels will follow suit. Overall a wonderful stay at the Sofitel at Philadelphia and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and eco-friendly hotel in the city.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been too ! Definitely worth every penny. The entire staff had hospitality out of this world ! Just amazing service and people. A worker named Sebastian helped us with our bags up to our room and gave us a small tour around the hotel to help show us around. So SWEET ! The valet is quick and reliable. Some other amenities they have are microwaves that they will bring to your room , a beautiful pool , and glass elevators with exceptional views. Would return again !!

I stayed here right before the pandemic ( I was on the last flight from LAX to Beijing), the room was nice and I loved the area. Front desk workers were really nice and being able to use cash for the deposit was great. Living in Beijing and in most Asian countries credit cards are required at check in. This was a nice surprise.

Beautiful hotel completed in 1923. This is where the Oscars were held for over a decade when it all started. Gorgeous architecture in the lobby and ballrooms. Rooms, though, are still stuck in that era! Small, not particularly well maintained, sparsely decorated, and a tiny bathroom. Service and other staff were cordial and professional but didn't get the sense they will go above and beyond. Good location but not a lot that you can, or want to, walk to. It's LA. You have to drive everywhere. Restaurant and bar are nice but nothing special.

Pros: 1. Service: The service at this hotel was great! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. 2. Beds: The mattress was very comfortable. Cons: 1. Unpleasant scent: The lobby and other common areas reeked of ant/roach spray to me. It was a very strong and unpleasant scent for what's supposed to be a nice hotel. 2. Pillows: The default pillows were terrible. They were the kind that appeared nice and thick but as soon as you put your head on it the feathers spread to the edges and your head falls flat and gets no support. Luckily they provided some better foam pillows when I called housekeeping. 3. Room Service: While the service was fast and the meal was good, I did not appreciate not knowing about the $7 delivery fee. By the time I paid that, taxes and tip, my "$23" chicken sandwich was $43...ridiculous.

Location is great, with many nearby restaurants. It is just a 6-minute walk to the shopping mall and shopping street. The Leeds train station is just next to the hotel The staff is friendly and nice. We had an issue at check-in, which was delayed due to a global Hilton issue, but the manager was amazing in handling the situation. I would like to thank the manager; he was really nice and helpful. The room is nice, well decorated, and has a nice view. The sky bar is an amazing place at the top of the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful. I love the hotel and definitely recommend it. Love this resort, been visiting for over fifteen years, stay there even if my business is on the far side of town. This last visit mid-summer was exceptional, we stayed in a Villa room by the health club. It was huge with high ceilings, quiet, had a great view, and had so many light switches I got confused half the time. The people are always exceptionally polite here, the health club facility is just great. We have exercise vacations just to hang out at this hotel.

Dropped daughter off for an interview. Reasonably easy to access as, thankfully, it is on the periphery of the airport. Very well presented with helpful staff. Would have been 5 stars if the short term parking for drop-off had been made clearer, in terms of non-chargeable signing. Management should be more aware of sensory overload for drivers, who have not visited before.

Friendly staff on check in, nice modern hotel. Room was great, spacious and clean. We went with a room with a view and it was worth it. Bed was super comfy. Very sound sleep both nights, no noise disturbance which was greatly appreciated. Great location and value for money, I would recommend to family and friends and definitely book again if coming to Edinburgh. Dog friendly too.

We found our new favorite hotel in Philly! We just got back from a mid week stay during some very rainy weather and fell in love with this place. From the friendly and easy valet service, to Natasha at the front desk who kindly let us change to a King even though we accidentally booked a Queen room, to the yummy and fast room service - we couldn't ask for better. The rooms were spacious and the bed is so far away from the front door that it was so quiet. We didn't even hear housekeeping in the morning and had a great two nights of sleep (after extending our stay) in their very comfy beds and newly renovated rooms. Every staff person we ran into was friendly and addressed us with a smile. Drinks at the lobby bar were delicious and the service was great there too. We were there during a slow time, so I'd hope this would still be true during busy times. Book the room rate that includes parking to get it for about half the price. We are now looking to stay at other Loews properties after such a wonderful experience :) Food & drinks: Room service was yummy and quick! The bar downstairs had good cocktails and was very cozy.

Absolutely brilliant hotel! A fantastic service from start to finish, The staff are great, really friendly & helpful. The rooms are amazing nice & big very clean as are the bathrooms. The bar area is also a nice welcoming place where you can sit & relax. The hotel is in a great location only a few minutes walk from central station & a great location for exploring Glasgow, The food is also fantastic, I would highly recommend this hotel for a place to stay if you are visiting Glasgow. Rooms: The rooms are a great size , plenty of room to relax, they are nice & clean & the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are also of a good size & nice & clean. Walkability: The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Glasgow city centre only a 4 or 5 minutes walk to central station & only a 10 minutes walk to the main shopping areas, bars & restaurants. Food & drinks: The food & drinks are very reasonably priced & of a good standard, If you wanted a quiet night in after a busy day this would be a warm welcoming & relaxing place to sit & relax & enjoy a few drinks & a meal.

Was so impressed with our superior room which we had booked for a great price, thinking it was their standard room time. Design was beautiful. Really large and bright natural lighting. Bar has good ambience. Only room for improvement was pillow options, one v hard, one too soft, but that's personal preference I guess and it wouldn't put me off staying again. Walkability: So close to everything, especially the station & shops.

Really impressed, great location, room, services for very good price. Lovely relaxed vibe, bar and restaurant excellent. The breakfast is amazing and included in my booking. I've paid around double for other hotels in Leeds City Centre and didn't enjoy my stay as much.

Really great hotel. We had a river view and the room was spacious with a lovely large bed. Would definitely stay here again. I think the only slightly disappointing thing is the hotel doesn't offer discounted parking at the nearby car park. Rooms: Good spacious rooms with king size beds

Stayed here over weekend for two nights and can't fault the place one bit. Not only is the hotel stunning and within a fantastic location, but the staff are amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Check in was a breeze and was given access to our room in no time. The room itself was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed with an amazing view of the castle. We had breakfast with in the hotel and the service we received was perfect, staff were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. Overall would highly recommend this location to anyone who was looking at staying.

Lovely hotel! Lovely and clean rooms! The bedding and towel were changed daily. Rooms were arranged daily. I loved the staff. So courteous. The complimentary breakfast was also great, hot, and there were courteous staff in attendance. It made my stay in Birmingham absolutely fantastic! The location was also amazing and accessible to everywhere. I will definitely stay here again. Rooms: Spacious and clean. Amenities in the room Nearby activities: Close to town center so close to everything Safety: Safe. U can't get up the elevators without your key. Card At night, u can't even get into the building without a key card. Walkability: I walked to ICc and the town center Food & drinks: Affordable, although all I had was breakfast

Step off the metro and across the road and step in to Grand Hyatt Washington. Impressive entrance and efficient and very polite friendly service from beginning to end of our 4 night stay. The room was perfect and quite. We always like to be away from the elevator. Renovation work was not an issue as the hours were suited to our schedule. Highly recommend Rooms: Comfortable and clean, turned off air conditioning and requested another blanket.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed no empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint. Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were no additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave no choice having had no reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.

I have stayed at this property several times and the quality of the experience is a true lay mixed bag, with numerous experiences of top quality services intermixed with a series of negative experiences. The valet is notably overwhelmed with attempts to call down for the car as requested on the ticket resulting in a message saying that they are too busy and just to come down in person then to be asked why we hadn’t called down first. The valet drivers looked to be working very hard but the people behind the valet counter appeared as though they couldn’t be bothered to do anything. One experience stands out as a illustrative of this. While waiting for our car I went to the valet desk to have a bill changed for a tip and was told that they would not change the bill and that the valet drivers should be changing the bill from their tips. No aside from the valet drivers being so busy that they were not available for this I felt it would be very awkward to ask for change on a tip. Eventually I walked to hotel front desk where they not only immediately offered to get change but walked to the nearby Einstein Bagel to get it. Some staff appear to be going the extra mile and some staff are having other staff do their jobs. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed and the high speed elevators kept the waiting despite a large number of floors down to a minimum. The central downtown location was convenient for everything we wanted to do while in Houston. The vending machine on our floor was broken. Valet is expensive and presented as the only option. Rooms: Bed was comfortable. Shower had a half glass panel instead of a curtain or door.

Wow. I’ve never stayed at a better hotel. I live in North Dakota and this was my first 4 star hotel experience and wow. First of all the staff. Even if they couldn’t speak our language, they tried everything to help us and be there for us. They guided us wherever we needed and Cleaned our rooms perfectly. For context, I was a student in the national speech and debate association national competition and I stated this hotel for almost a week. The staff would come in and clean up once a day and it was so nice and they kept doing such a great job! There were no problems at the room. Everything was just perfect. Everything was clean. Everything was in order and organized well and this was sometime in June 2023. Second of all is easy access. My DoorDash orders and much more were able to get in and get me my food and I’ll be outside where these nice mist sprayers to keep us cool during hot days. It’s just a very accessible hotel. The outside is also just perfect. The landscape itself is just beautiful with all the plants. It looks nice and the restaurant there is amazing with great food and great scenery. But I love most is the lobby and elevators. The lobby was so perfect everything about it was clean organized and super accessible to do whatever work you needed not to mention the marketplace right by to get all the snacks and necessary with cheap prices. The escalators were amazing. They worked well and the elevators are extremely fast and very scenic for the hotel, which I think attracts a lot of people. Now let’s not forget the rooftop dine in. That’s awesome! Look overall, I could share so many stories about this hotel, and it was the key cornerstone of my nationals trip and memories. I made so many memories here and it was the perfect place to do it. What an amazing hotel with amazing staff and amazing people. I am so glad to have stayed! Thank you all for the blessing of the Hyatt regency!! Rooms: The rooms have nice floors, the very clean, nice TVs and accommodations to the guest. They’re always clean and hard work is put into them hats off to the staff. They do a hard job. Nearby activities: Restaurant. Phoenix activities center. Diner on the rooftop of the building and restaurant on the bottom floor! Not to mention The close, pizza, shops, marketplace, and grocery store! Safety: There’s strict safety rules and implications to keep us safe. You have to have a card to get in they said good curfew and the staff is super friendly about it Walkability: Easy to get around and perfect spacing for all chairs and furniture. Not to mention the rooms are very spacious for 300 bucks a night. Food & drinks: Amazing. Need I say more? Everything was well cooked well prepared, especially the croissants at the marketplace. They were the best, and everybody in North Dakota was talking about how they were so amazing hats off to the people working at that marketplace. They made some amazing food and amazing memories just by making good croissants thank God.!! Noteworthy details: It was just comfortable you were able to work get things done and have a bit of fun. The staff was friendly. Everybody was there for business and it was a nice environment. You could wake up get your snacks and get to work. Everything was there it was just a good day, and it was a good place to make some memories.

I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!! The friendliness off the staff I got to witness was at the top of class. The hotel dining and bar was phenomenal! They made our joint birthday stay absolutely unforgettable. Balcony views in the beautiful room we were in was wonderful! I just hated it had to come to an end! Rooms: Beautiful balcony view. Didn't stay here but had to go to several meetings in this hotel. Overall what I saw was really nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Came over one morning to eat the breakfast buffet. It was awesome. Highly recommend. Best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had and for a reasonable price. Loved that it was also connected to the convention center, and loved the trees you could see outside.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. In particular, Charlotte on reception was amazing. She was very welcoming, polite, and delivered excellent hospitality. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location, only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend staying here.

John Brown went above and beyond, he took the time to show us all of the features in the hotel room, he was EXTREMELY friendly, he packed and unpacked all of our luggage and placed it where we wanted it to go. He was super supportive of our cheerleaders at one of their most stressful competitions. I was super impressed he even knew some cheer lingo, he was our cheerleaders cheerleader this weekend. What an awesome employee! Thank you, John Brown ❤ Valerie at check in was super sweet too!

I want to give this a five star rating because the rooms were beautiful. It was a nice clean also very spacious. The view was okay only cause we got the view of the freeway maybe the other side is nicer. Service wasn’t the greatest experience when checking in the hospitality wasn’t there for it being the kind of hotel that it is. Also when I ask where to park I was told I can go in the garage but turn to find out it’s only for valet parking which is a whole other fee from the $30.00 that is already automatically charged to your room. So we had to park across the street in some open parking lot area, yes it was gated but still gave that vibe that didn’t seem as safe. Also if you check out before getting your vehicle you won’t be able to get out cause you need your key card to get out which is something what wasn’t told to us. Overall the rooms were nice and comfortable but the service could have been a lot better and also better informed about the hotel. Due to the location I thought it would have been a lot better. But for that price you are paying here you can find a better hotel in that area with better service.

Always a great stay and around the corner from the Metro Mover and free trolley bus outside hotel. Rooms great,spacious and clean - only downside bathrooms slightly small due to layout. Giving four stars as the pool is out of service and not advertised online. Pic’s are views from hotel room…. Walkability: Close to supermarket, peateries and Bayside waterfront.

Located in the best area of San Francisco. My check in was smooth and I was upgraded to a tower bay view room. The view was wonderful with golden gate Bridge view! The service was the top notch. Only negative was valet parking fee of $85, but in SF it tends to be higher. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, and this hotel is one of my better choices in SF area. Thank you for a nice accommodation.

Front desk personnel were very professional and nice. It's always a pleasant experience to be greeted with a smile upon check in. Hotel was very clean and atmosphere is up to date and modern. Pool however was closed, which I wish I was aware of as that was a main reason for our visit. Polkafest was occurring which brings many people here so a bit busier than usual. Breakfast servers were great and right there to fill coffee or refill orange juice. Great choice selection for food including eggs, bacon, hash brows, turkey sausage, array of fruit, yogurt and so many pastries! Just wish it was a bit less crowded as it set off my autistic child whom we traveled with so mostly in our room. Food & drinks: Great array of choices

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was going to have an amazing stay. I was immediately welcomed with an early check in. Then the room, wow. Much more than I expected. The bed is the best hotel bed that I’ve ever slept on. The view. The bathroom. All the details are phenomenal. I was on the 23 floor and hot water was immediate every time. The food they provided at the conference was magnificent. The rooftop courtyard was stunning. The 2nd floor deck was stunning. Everything was just perfect here. Cheers!!!

It's hard to put into words how good the Titanic Hotel Liverpool is. The hotel is so individual, marrying old working dockside warehouses, exposed brick and original steel features together with contemporary furnishings. Our room on the 3rd floor, (be prepared for the dark ominous vast hallway), was stunning, so big with a huge bathroom, large bath and walk in shower, lovely interior design and ultra comfy bed. There was a level up two steps, with a bar, sofa, desk and an original window overlooking the dock side. It was luxurious. We had dinner in the restaurant, all the staff were superb, they knew exactly what they were doing, efficient and very friendly. The food was superb, everything was tasty and well presented. After dinner we had very good cocktails in the relaxing bar area which was calm and quiet. After an excellent night's sleep we went to the restaurant for breakfast. There was a good choice of the usual breakfast fayre. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for individuality, atmosphere, style and friendly service. Rooms: Amazing room, so incredibly big. Fixtures and fittings were lovely plus blending this with the original bricks and iron work of the building is amazing. Noteworthy details: The conversation of an old dockside warehouse into a modern luxurious hotel.

Good location, decent breakfast, friendly staff. However, the room we were assigned to was practically windowless: there was a small window through which nothing much could be seen. The windows were also non-openable, making it practically impossible to ventilate the room. Overall, the hotel has its advantages, but in my case, the issues with the lack of a view from the window negatively impacted the overall experience of the stay.

Solid and polite service. Parking Valet was amazing and very professional. The elevators were cool and different. Ya just have to stay there to experience it. Enjoy. Clean rooms with 4 or 5 fluffy cool clean pillows! Thanks for a great stay!

The front desk, valet, and bell service were excellent. Everyone in these roles was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, from room tidying to ensuring the conference we attended was successful. All the restrooms downstairs throughout the entire hotel are immaculate and perfectly maintained. I do wish there were a little more seating outside in the courtyard. The 24-hour gym is small, but if you need to run and there aren't more available treadmills, you can run along the path in the courtyard. The room was nice and big. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean but have a slightly awkward layout that isn't conducive to relaxing during the evening. The open concept of the tower offers great views of their elegant elevators and floors, but also allows sounds from the bar one the main level to be heard throughout the building. If you are there during a conference, you'll quickly realize the building's infrastructure doesn't keep up with the volume of people they can keep in their many conference spaces. You will wait 5 - 10 minutes for an elevator that may or may not have enough space to get in. If there isn't enough space, you have to wait again hoping the next one is less crowded. If you want to head up to your room in the evening after a conference to relax and recharge, this hotel will not be the best experience for you. On the other hand, if you'll be unwinding with a drink at the bar with your new free from a conference in the evenings, this hotel will be a much better experience.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are a little soft, but they have some really great amenities including their snack bar that has a variety of food available as well as Advil/alcohol/coffee. The front desk/bell desk were even helpful at locating feminine products and were very compassionate by being private about it. The only real constructive feedback to give them is in regards to the hotel bar which just can’t get it together. Their bartenders are inexperienced and/or don’t care. I even managed to receive an old fashioned with Campari. The open hours the bar change too, but not necessarily by demand. Go across the street to Cafe Terminus to drink instead.

Recently stayed at a hotel in Biscayne Bay and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The newly renovated rooms were tastefully done, offering both comfort and style. The highlight, however, was waking up to stunning bay views every morning—a serene and picturesque sight. The combination of modern amenities and beautiful surroundings made for a truly memorable stay.

Such a strange stay. Stayed for 3 nights at end of December 2023. Hotel was being renovated, which was fine and I understood that workarounds were in place. However, there was an issue with the booking system. I paid in advance but on the second day got told by the cleaner that my room was supposed to be empty (news to me!), then later in the day I had reception repeatedly knock on my door to tell me that the system had the room as empty. No real apology and because the room system had been messed up, they'd retrospectively extended my booking so I had to pay city tax when checking out (despite already having paid up front). For the sake of £2 I really didn't have the will. The room was ok, quite big and location is great. The restaurant was odd and felt dated but maybe the renovation will sort that. Mixed experience with the staff, bar staff lovely. But no real privacy and constant knocking on my door even when I didn't answer and was trying to relax. It was far from relaxing!

My group has a 3 night stay, and we have completed one night. Checking in the six rooms for our group was more complicated than I felt it should have been. One of our team members received a key card that didn't work. She had it replaced, and the second key card also didn't work. Another team member's room was supposed to have 2 bathrooms, but the second bathroom was locked and inaccessible. They will be remedying this by changing rooms today. My own room lacks a refrigerator. With a 3 night stay, we have snacks we wanted to keep cold. I was told that when other guests check out, they will bring a refrigerator to our room. Why not just have one for every room? It is a beautiful hotel, but for the price you pay to stay, we should have a seamless experience. I did appreciate the food delivery pick-up area they have near the reservations desk. We had ordered food while we were coming in on the train and were able to sit and eat right away.

Craig was super helpful when checking us in. Came for a bonus break and couldn’t fault one bit of the hotel. Also the lady on reception when we checked in and checked out unsure of her name but she was lovely, very smiley and welcoming and made sure we were able to leave bags both times. The hotel’s facilities are clean and at an excellent standard. Craig was helpful with information we asked for and even extra recommendations. Everything was great from start to finish and made our trip to Edinburgh a lovely experience. Noteworthy details: Sauna and pool were a great addition

My partner and I stayed here on a Saturday-Monday trip to visit friends in the area. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d stay here again in the future. We arrived early (12:30pm) and were able to get into our room right away, and due to my Platinum status were upgraded to an executive suite. The hotel did not seem too busy this weekend and I get the sense it is more of a weekday conference/business traveler hotel so your experience may vary on upgrade availability. We also got a $30 daily dining credit for on-site restaurants which was a nice perk as well. Overall, nice smooth check-in experience with friendly desk workers. The suite was spacious, clean, and quiet and had lots of windows for nice natural light. Bed was comfortable. Only two minor gripes: 1) it was a bit tricky to get the shower to a good temperature as it would transition right from too hot to too cold (at least for my preference). But I only took a couple of very short showers so it didn’t matter much. 2) Bed only had a nightstand on one side. Not a problem if you’re traveling alone but not so good for a couple. Even a very small shelf for my glasses, phone, and a glass of water would have been a plus. Gym was nice with lots of equipment; FYI there are two levels with a staircase connecting them inside the gym - my partner missed that initially and was confused to not find a weight rack on the floor you enter on. Only used the lounge briefly a couple of times but it had a nice selection of desserts in the evening and breakfast options in the morning as well as drinks. The attendant working at the door at breakfast was very nice. Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient to grab coffee in the morning without going out in the cold.

We always have a great stay here! The staff is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The entire hotel is beautiful and it is situated in the heart of downtown Atlanta across from Centennial Park. Plenty of places to eat and lots to do within walking distance including the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, Children's Museum, College Football Hall of Fame and more. Centennial Park is a nice place for a walk and fresh air. Hotel is also super convenient to State Farm Arena as you can walk through the CNN Center to get to the arena. Even after a late night concert is over and the CNN Center is locked, it's a very short walk out of the arena and back into the hotel. Rooms: Clean, lots of hookups for tech Nearby activities: So many things within walking distance and other things just a short drive away or you can take the Marta. Safety: Security patrols Centennial Park and surrounding area. Hotel has security measures in place, need key to go to room floors in elevators. Walkability: Lots to do within walking distance.

Room was clean but starting to age, expected from an older 4 star hotel. Bed was comfy. Service was great at the Apache ballroom for a celebration of life that I attended. Food was great and staff was friendly and helpful. "Hole in the wall" restaurant on site was good, had chicken fried steak. Nice area in the mountains. Well maintained premises, didn't see any garbage around while there. The patio did have cigarette butts in the corner but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Walkability: It's a huge complex so depending on where your room is and where you wanna go you can either walk or drive.

I have stayed twice while getting testing and a procedure done at Cedars Sinai. The hotel is within walking distance to the hospital. It is right next to the Beverly Center as well as walking distance to other restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautiful with very comfortable, quiet rooms. There is a nice bar with live music. We did not eat in the restaurant but did have drinks and appetizers at the bar which were very good. Valet is very efficient. Workout room is really good, especially for a hotel. Probably the best feature, however, is the staff. My wife informed the staff that we would be staying the day after I was released from the hospital after a heart procedure to recover before driving the 2 hours back home. Emily, the guest relations manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were given a room that would be quiet so I could rest without being disturbed. She gave us a "hospital rate" which we did not even know about. She was also very understanding about being flexible with our check-out since I did not know how I would be feeling. The front desk people were excellent as well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Beverly Hills area even if not going to the hospital. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff. Nearby activities: Beverly Hills attractions very close by. Melrose within walking distance. Beverly Center right across the street. Safety: Numerous staff in the lobby monitoring who is coming in and out. Need a room card to access your floor in the elevator.

We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is conveniently located. We took the train in from Albany, emerged from Penn Station and looked right at the hotel. We were given an upgrade to a suite, and the room and view were outstanding. The room was dated in some ways, but it was immaculately clean. The view of the Empire State Building was also fantastic. We felt very safe and secure with the constant monitoring and card checking at the elevators, and all the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only negative I can come up with was that the bathroom, especially the shower, isn’t designed for anyone above 5’8”, maybe, and at 6’0”, I had to duck to wash my hair. There were also some small cosmetic issues (one knob was missing on the desk drawer, the porcelain in the tub was definitely showing age). But we also loved the art deco style and feel, especially the cool star lights! Nearby activities: Directly across from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, and an easy walk to Time Square, Rockefeller Center and other attractions. Safety: Staff seemed to be regularly monitoring the building, elevator area, lobby and front door. We felt safe and secure at all times in the hotel. Food & drinks: Great diner with affordable prices (relative to the area) in the lobby, and fine dining as well. Get the Nutella and banana French toast at the Tick Tock. Your tastebuds will thank you!

This was our second stay at this hotel for New Year’s Eve. We had three rooms for 7 people. The M lounge staff were militant about one guest in lounge for us, but entire families of young adults were allowed into the lounge with one key. Additionally, the M lounge was closed with no additional compensation. The first stay we were able to walk out to the barricades and watch performances and the ball drop. This stay we couldn’t even walk across the street to the restaurant we had dinner reservations. We were traveling with elder parents ages 85 and 78. Both of whom used canes. The street wasn’t closed, Marriott just wouldn’t let us exit on that side and wanted our parents to walk 3 blocks to get across the street. We even checked earlier to make sure we could get to the restaurant. Marriott kept changing the exits. We were completely locked into the hotel. We had to cancel the reservation. This would have been the worst stay EVER except for two bellmen Erik and Daily who took great care of both of our parents and saved the stay.

Throughout the entire planning process, we have had an excellent experience with Exceptional Villas. We first worked with Niamh as we decided where to go, and then Marianne and we made all our trip arrangements.

Amazing location, St Katherine's Dock next to Tower Bridge. My room was furnished to a good standard and I found the bed particularly comfortable. The en suite had one or two issues which needed attention, such as a loose toilet roll holder. The shower (over a bath) had a good water pressure although there were slight fluctuations in temperature. The inclusion of under floor heating and night lights were particularly appreciated. Our evening meal in "The Vicinity" was very enjoyable. Staff were attentive and courteous and the food was excellent. For breakfast there was a wide range of options available, although I didn't sample it all. For my taste the bacon and hash browns were a little over crispy. On balance I believe the hotel offers good value and I look forward to a return visit.

The outside is beautifully decorated with flowers adorning the entrance over your head. The inside was also prettily decorated for the holidays. I went for a work holiday party so I didn't see a hotel room but the event hall was so grand and spacious. The food was delicious and from check-in to leaving the party, while hectic, it was all very organized. They even had attendants leading you to the hall and had a room dedicated to coat checks. I've always walked passed the Sheraton without a second thought, but I can see the appeal now. Also, even upon entering the lobby areas you can see how massive this place is, but there were many areas for people to gather and explore before even stepping out to Time Square. Overall, great location, is easy to get to from Queens, and the atmosphere, probably makes this great for a wedding venue as well. They did a good job of keeping the event secure and only for the guests invited. Again, it's also in Times Square so you're near everything and have instant access to many subway lines.

My family and I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as we arrived here from the airport, we were greeted and had our luggage taken up to our room by the employees. The room was clean and big exactly what is on the pictures. The location is also fantastic being a 5 minute walk from Big Ben and being within walking distance from all the major tourist attractions. Restaurants and liquor stores also all very close. Hotel and location also feels very safe at all times of the day and night. 10/10 recommend for all people considering staying here. Next time I’m in London I will definitely book this place.
