Always a great stay and around the corner from the Metro Mover and free trolley bus outside hotel. Rooms great,spacious and clean - only downside bathrooms slightly small due to layout. Giving four stars as the pool is out of service and not advertised online. Pic’s are views from hotel room…. Walkability: Close to supermarket, peateries and Bayside waterfront.

I enjoyed my stay here. Let me start by saying that the customer service and room service was perfect! I would like to thank Selena in room service as well as the young man that brought all of my room service orders. All of the staff was accommodating and courteous. I loved my room on the 20th floor and felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Renovations are needed in the rooms since everything seemed lackluster despite that the service was top tier. I will be returning upon my next stay in Miami. Thanks again to the staff.

recently stayed at the Hilton Miami/Downtown for a conference, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel can best be described as run-down, with a location that leaves much to be desired in Miami. First and foremost, the service was the only redeeming aspect of my stay. The staff tried their best to accommodate guests, but it was clear that they were working within the limitations of an outdated facility. While the rooms were adequately cleaned on a daily basis, the overall ambiance was lackluster due to the old decor. Everything seemed worn-out and in need of a refresh. It's evident that the hotel has seen better days. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't enhance my experience either. Situated in what I would describe as a less desirable area of Miami, it didn't offer the vibrant atmosphere or convenient access to attractions that one might expect from a Hilton property. If visiting Miami in the future, I will explore other accommodation options that offer a more enjoyable experience.
