I stayed here right before the pandemic ( I was on the last flight from LAX to Beijing), the room was nice and I loved the area. Front desk workers were really nice and being able to use cash for the deposit was great. Living in Beijing and in most Asian countries credit cards are required at check in. This was a nice surprise.

This hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are very friendly. The room was great for the most part, although the bathroom was small and the space is a bit dated. We did have to ask a few times for extra pillows and towels (we never got the pillows, but did track someone down in the hallway to get towels). Overall, the place was great for the price, and you can't beat the location.

Forget your preconceptions about budget hotels. Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square impressed me and stands out from many other hotels I've visited in Philadelphia. The exceptional staff, unbeatable location, and thoughtful amenities – from a complimentary laundry room to water bottles on every floor – had me impressed. The building itself is well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. But the rooms are the true stars. The website photos don't capture how comfortable, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing they are. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, proving that basic, no-frills can be truly excellent. My recommendation for CQ Rittenhouse is even stronger because I followed up my stay with a much more expensive stay at a Hilton in New York City. Club Quarters Rittenhouse surpassed the Hilton in every way. Kudos to the hotel's management and staff.
