We had the most wonderful celebration for my birthday! The spa day was absolutely delightful, with a serene atmosphere and pampering treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. To top it all off, the food was nothing short of exquisite—truly a feast for the senses! It was a day filled with joy and luxury, and I couldn't have asked for a better celebration.

Absolutely 5* ! We visited for the first time this weekend and we had a LOVELY time. All the staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. A special mention needs to be made for Ian on the hotel reception and Hannah on the spa reception. They made our visit noticeably better by making sure our needs were catered for. The rooms were clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, including very nice coffee machines. The beds are comfy, the showers are powerful and the curtains are blackout. We didn't hear a peep through the walls or door to the corridor. The food in the Ballroom was delicious. The services was very quick and the staff were attentive. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were very nice. The spa was clean, not overcrowded and all the pools/rooms were really nice temps. There was a lot of staff about keeping the place tidy and offering to take drinks orders. I had a facial whilst we were there, by the lovely Sophie. Again, a fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend! There is no doubt that we will be going back at every opportunity we get.

From check-in to check-out, we had a really pleasant experience. The reception staff, especially Mel, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food throughout our stay was delicious, with a good variety and high quality that added to the enjoyment of our visit. The only things we would suggest for improvement are adding air conditioning in the rooms for better comfort during warm weather, and ensuring the dust is cleaned more thoroughly in the Ballroom Restaurant. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay – we’d definitely return.
