Beautiful and practical design that has transformed our home into the space of our dreams. The attention to detail to maximise space and light has been incredible. Coogan architects understood perfectly what we were hoping to achieve and in the end far exceeded our expectations.
Magda and Pride Road were brilliant. Ours was a smallish but also fairly unusual job: adding a new door from our basement to the garden, including some digging down. Pride Road came up with a really clever design that made the most out of a relatively small space, including a new three quarter height boiler room. They also advised on how to manage the process with engineers (given it involved some underpinning we wanted to be absolutely sure everything would be fully structurally sound). We are so happy with the end result.
Walked away with 1000s of dollars, had no idea how to file for adu in sf, had to bring in another architect to get sign off from city, brought in an Engineer who lives in Columbia and couldn't figure out any of the compliance work the city had. I'm not sure how they could be worse.
We would highly recommend PC architects. We called them for an on-site consultation and Pritpal did a fabulous job. He was a good listener as well as full of ideas that were new to us. Even though we had been brainstorming on the same floor plan for weeks, Pritpal still managed to present fresh ideas and newer possibilities in an hour long consultation which speaks volumes about his talent. We felt that we got great value from this service and it was worth it.

He didn’t show up to his meeting, waited for an hour, left a message to their office, nada. Highly frustrating when you live in New York and make time for an architect to see your apartment and they don’t show up? Super unprofessional. I called your office multiple times and told them to call me when you get there or they could tell me you're there, there are three different constructions happening in the building, hard to hear anything.
