Dr. Fry is truly amazing! I have many physical challenges and my best friend gave me a session with him. Today I returned ( I do not live locally.) By the end of today’s treatment I was walking with straighter posture and significantly less pain. I would recommend his chiropractic work wholeheartedly.
My first impression of this practice was the reception area was inadequate for seating and very cold and unwelcoming , Ms Shen kept me waiting 20 minutes because she seemed to have overbooked herself and my consultation was rushed she was not really listening to me or telling me the treatment she would be giving to me, she just seemed as if she wanted to hurry up and get me done and on to the next one , I was very uncomfortable during the procedure and just felt very rushed and like I was on a conveyor belt and she just wanted to get on with the next patient . My face was bruised and painful from the needles and got worse over the next few days I left her a voicemail to ask her about this but she did not reply to me I feel that the priorities here are money orientated and I am very disappointed with the whole experience . Needless to say I will not be going back or recommending this place .
For the first time in my life I decided to do something for myself and my wellbeing and I think I got to the right place. Today it was my first visit, I took advantage of a promotion, and I am super excited! Everyone there is very polite, from the receptionist to the people that work in the financial dept. Dr Jessica is a SWEETHEART! She takes the time to listen, and explain everything in detail. Diana and Alejandro at the financial dpt GREAT! They were able to figure out a plan that fits my budget. I can’t wait for my next session and to see results!!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Carlson and SW Acupuncture. My OBGYN recommended coming for acupuncture treatments since we couldn’t confirm if I was truly ovulating or even had regular cycles. Within 2 visits to Dr. Carlson my cycles were regular and I had confirmed ovulation. Not only that, she went so beyond and really sat down and took the time to teach me good fertility lifestyle changes and how to nourish my body better. I felt such a drastic change in my body during this time - my stress levels were lower, I had less overall anxiety regarding conception, etc. I continued going to Dr. Carlson for treatments every few weeks and we successfully conceived our baby within 2 cycles!!! I continued going to Dr Carlson for treatment in the first trimester for nausea and anxiety and it truly just continued to work wonders. She continued to support me through some of the initial pregnancy fears I had. Prior to this, I had no idea that acupuncture could be used to help with fertility or regulating cycles, but I am obviously a firm believer now having seen the changes personally within myself. They're happy to charge me more than the approved amount negotiated with my insurance, however, and let me deal with tracking down the reimbursement that will come in at less than what I paid. **Response to the business’ inaccurate response: they have a copy of my official EOB which shows they are in network and my insurance will pay for the benefit. If they don’t like what my insurance covers, then don’t agree to be in their network and waste their misled patients’ time. Here is a quote from Pekoe’s last email to me: “We have received the EOB, which shows almost no pay for acupuncture codes and office codes (false, they just have a lower negotiated rate than what the office wants to charge, which is how insurance works). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. This is not because of something you did wrong, it's just that your specific plan is different and it appears to not be paying out as they should for acupuncture codes.”

Dr. Wu is simply THE BEST! He treated me over 6 years ago after dealing with severe back pain. I showed up to his office and could barely walk but I walked out of his with a pep in my step! I honestly and absolutely felt NO pain!!! It was truly unbelievable the quickness of my recovery which was so unexpected. Dr. Wu is professional yet kind and charismatic, he wears a genuine smile and he’s such a pleasure to talk to. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease removing any anxiety one may have with the thought of acupuncture. I have now returned for a new issue after all of these years. Dr. Wu remembered me and he was the same as I remembered him. He assessed me and confirmed my suspicion of sciatica. After the assessment, he honestly told me that sciatica is hard to treat but he would work on me. He suggested a treatment of cupping and acupuncture. I agreed and am pleased with the result of lessened pain and the ability to walk without feeling the shooting pain from my lower back down my leg. Dr. Wu suggested 3 treatments total and I’m looking forward to seeing him again soon. I’ll be back with an update after my next visit 😊.

I came to Mark after experiencing secondary infertility in my late 30's. After our first child, I had three miscarriages in a row and was feeling pretty hopeless. I read the reviews online and felt like seeing Mark was a good next step. My intuition was telling me that my body could do it naturally, so while I had my IVF doctor lined up and ready to go, I wasn't ready to jump into it. During our first appointment, Mark spent hours with me...getting to know every detail about my fertility history, my current lifestyle, etc. He is holistically minded (which I love), and encouraged me to make some lifestyle changes over the next three months to get my body into a really good place. I started seeing Mark every week for acupuncture and taking the herbs. And when the 3rd month came, my husband and I tried and got a positive pregnancy test! Not only did I have a history of recurrent miscarriage, but I had a few complications that were incredibly stressful. Through all the anxiety and uncertainty, Mark was with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It's hard to put into words, but he was seriously my teammate. And now, here I am, with my beautiful, 3-month old daughter. She's perfect. Caution for those seeking acupuncture for mental health: I booked an appointment to try acupuncture as a supplemental treatment for a current episode of bipolar depression as my aunt with the same condition swore by acupuncture. I booked with Ran and in our initial consultation conversation right before the treatment began, she dismissed my concerns and conditions, went on about how she essentially doesn't believe in mental illnesses, equated them to general problems that everyone gets day to day, and that my professionally diagnosed bipolar disorder I've had for a DECADE is probably caused by every day stress, hormones from periods (which I don't have), and maybe even the meds I take for it. Then she decided all I needed was to "relax" and that we'll do acupuncture to "relax". I felt very anxious, but I'd already booked the appointment and had to pay so I decided it's easier just to give it a go. I had the session (not relaxing for me) and felt the exact same during, afterwards, and days later and had a couple bruises to boot. I will say the receptionist Julie was lovely and Ran seemed nice enough if you ignore the harmful mental health/illness denial and ignorance. Possibly worth a go for physical health issues but definitely NOT for any mental - ignore the website listing a few mental health issues they can "help" with.
