I came to Mark after experiencing secondary infertility in my late 30's. After our first child, I had three miscarriages in a row and was feeling pretty hopeless. I read the reviews online and felt like seeing Mark was a good next step. My intuition was telling me that my body could do it naturally, so while I had my IVF doctor lined up and ready to go, I wasn't ready to jump into it. During our first appointment, Mark spent hours with me...getting to know every detail about my fertility history, my current lifestyle, etc. He is holistically minded (which I love), and encouraged me to make some lifestyle changes over the next three months to get my body into a really good place. I started seeing Mark every week for acupuncture and taking the herbs. And when the 3rd month came, my husband and I tried and got a positive pregnancy test! But getting pregnant was never our problem, so this is where the real test began... I was wrecked with anxiety during the first few months. Not only did I have a history of recurrent miscarriage, but I had a few complications that were incredibly stressful. Through all the anxiety and uncertainty, Mark was with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I continued seeing him weekly for acupuncture, and continued the herbs through the first trimester. He took care to understand all my complications, he talked me through my anxiety (countless times) about taking the herbs, he helped me problem-solve, he did it all. It's hard to put into words, but he was seriously my teammate. And now, here I am, with my beautiful, 3-month old daughter. She's perfect. It's impossible to know if Mark helped me have another baby, or if it was just dumb luck. But I have so much faith in what he does, and feel in my bones that he made a difference for me. He gave me hope and a path forward when I felt like I had none. He made me feel like the power was in my own body... which was so empowering. He taught me more about my reproductive system than I ever thought possible! I will never forget my experience working with him, and am filled to the brim with gratitude.
