This is some text inside of a div block.
It’s very unfortunate to have our apartment block “managed” by this awful company. You can’t get anything worse in terms of customer service…I am disgusted when I have to deal with them for anything…I don’t have words to express my disappointment with their overall services

I’m currently being hounded by them for outstanding service charges for Jan-July 25 on a property that legally stopped being mine 08/10/2024 and today got a letter that they’ve instructed a debt recovery agency to recover the funds from me. They are unable to send a letter addressed to the owners of the flat asking them to contact them to pay the service charges as there’s a process they have to follow!!!! When I call im told there’s no one there that can help so where’s the client service they pride themselves on? They have no senior managers I can speak to as the person dealing with the property is a senior manager. It’s causing me so much worry and anxiety and I’ve just had major surgery so not great while trying to recover

Awful company to deal with. I raised a dispute several years ago and have never had it dealt with satisfactorily. No communication and no transparency. Never really listen to leaseholders. I would put zero stars if I could.
