We want to give a big thank you to our amazing concierge, Dave! Last week we had a fire alert in our building, and Dave handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and calm. He immediately called the fire department, provided them with all the necessary information, and ensured that everyone in the building was safe. Thanks to his quick action and coordination, everything went smoothly. Dave always goes above and beyond, and we’re very grateful to have him looking after us. Truly outstanding service—thank you, Dave!

Honestly the best concierge team around! They are super friendly and always ready to help. On my very first day moving in, they even helped me carry my boxes upstairs. Every time I’ve had an issue with the flat or the building, they’ve sorted it out immediately. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, living here under their management has been a fantastic experience.
