We live at RSB and want to extend our thanks to Charlotte Luck at Red Rock Property Management. We were very sceptical at first after living here for so long and nothing ever being done but since Red Rock have taken over Charlotte and Vicki have always responded, resolving every issues within day always. They are a credit to the company and we are very grateful. When there was an emergency on site we were able to contact Charlotte directly out of hours because we couldn’t understand the OOH call handler and Charlotte and her team member Vicki worked into the morning to resolve. Thank you! You are making all the difference :)

Charlotte Luck was incredibly supportive and helpful. Super quick to respond to my email with a phone call as it was a matter of urgency for me. She was very understanding and informative on the phone. And then followed this up with further details and information via email, in a very short space of time. She is reliable and trustworthy.

I had a pleasure dealing with Charlie Wildney and Richard Ward from the management team at Red Rock, all the requests are always answered in a timely manner. Red Rock have been managing my two commercial properties for more than a year. I am looking forward to our continued partnership.
