DO NOT BUY SHARED OWNERSHIP FROM HIGHTOWN ESPECIALLY ANY OF THEIR APARTMENTS IN THEIR NEW DEVELOPMENT AT WATFORD, BLUEBELL PALACE !!!!! This supposed to be our first property via shared ownership at bluebell palace. Little did we know that we will be sharing bins with council tenants. Little did we know that our parking spots , we paid for will be used by council tenants , Little did we know that house and surroundings will look like a dumpster because cleaner doesn't come even thought I pay £72.90 service charge montly. My daughter is severely unwell which can be result of contaminated bins and unhygienic living standards. My son was very unwell a few weeks back. There are more things I can't mention in order to protect our safety. Concers were first raised in August. So far they issued tenants with a letter after my numerous phone calls and emails. We are now in November. Person who supposed to take care of property never responds to my emails nor answer a calls.

Utter rubbish flat falling apart since 2020/2021 work not been carried out to finally get to problem. Bad neighbours..poor excuses made..after 9.5 years I can't wait to leave if I could give zero stars that's what you deserve!

Wouldn’t even give them 1* they are the worst housing I have ever been with. I wish I avoided them and never took a home worst decision I ever made.
