I strongly advise AVOIDING!!!!! This housing association. They are incompetent and very often fail to fulfil their obligations. When you raise complaints or serious concerns, you will be ignored, and they will make you feel as though you are a problem. They show no care for their tenants, their main focus is filling out paperwork to create a facade of doing the job they are paid to do. They will gaslight you and lie, they often cover up the mistakes and incompetence of their colleagues. They will go to great lengths to conceal their shortcomings. This organisation cannot be trusted. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Moved in to my home nearly 4 months ago still no visit from a housing officer also toilet has been broken (UNUSABLE) for over a week I have a little girl in the home we have to walk over a mile to the nearest McDonalds to use the toilet they say they will send someone out and then they don’t come they came out as an emergency job at 10:00 at night said drainage would come out in the early hours of the morning so I waited all night for nobody to come. It’s a health and safety risk and I am beyond angry

There staff are not working at all here, bar the staff who just about answer the phone. Other than that all the officers ignore your emails and phone calls. Even there contractors who do their repairs told me they have no relay communication for repairs that need doing. What a joke, no reply is needed from accord so dont you dare reply back to this review as it isnt warranted.
