Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. After the mould treatment, the air test results confirmed a significant reduction in mould, exactly what we were hoping for! They even included a helpful dashboard to make the results easy to understand. It’s clear they care about doing a quality job, and they’ve given us peace of mind knowing the antimicrobial protection will keep working as long as we follow the aftercare advice. Excellent service. Dan arrived at 9:30 and talked me through his initial assessment. Five hours later we are mould free, have a very useful initial survey of the state of the house and the promise of a more detailed report to come. Would never know he had been here. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and great communication, keeping me informed throughout the process. A huge thank you to Sam for his knowledge, advice and hard work, especially in such challenging circumstances (Cornish village with no roads!) If you’re looking for safe, effective, and thorough mould remediation, give them a call.
