I have 7 companies on Paylocity with approx. 200-250 employees. I have had a great experiences for the first 4 years but It has really gone down hill in the last 12 months. The latest issue has been I'm two months into a request for a simple G/L code update and they sent me an incorrect LOI a month ago that I've requested to be corrected numerous times and they have been unresponsive. The tech and platform is great but the support and meeting your needs as your companies grow or evolve is disappointing. I've actually been so frustrated with the lack of response of the remapping of our G/L codes that I'm now spending time entertaining ADP and new payroll providers.

As far as payroll goes, I guess it does what I need it to do. Custom service level 1 is great, but anything above that is nonsense. I had to call 30 times before a manager was able to speak to me. The software is difficult to use. I was writing this review while waiting for a manager, it's been over 55 minutes and they still have me on hold, horrible. *Update: it's been 1:20 minutes and they still have me on hold. Go with a different provider.

I paid a old bill with my benefits card and they froze my card saying I couldn't pay it. So instead of reversing the payment, their telling me I have to pay in full before my card is reactivated. I only used the card because I don't have the money to pay. And their still taking money out my check not related to this transaction. I will never in my life use this company or their services again. Then left me on hold when I asked for management. Sad service!
