This is some text inside of a div block.
Absolutely shocking provider do not waste your time and money - went with them because they guaranteed set up within 2 weeks for our business. Didn’t hear anything for a month, chased continuously and was given a date we’d be going live time and time again… received an email out of no where this evening advising that I cancelled the order?! Now left with the opening of our business with no WiFi thanks to their empty promises!

Absolute disgrace of a company!!! AVOID unless you want robbing. I terminated my contract on the date my contract ended and they still came for the cancellation fee of £595!! Obviously I ignored all the emails as I knew I was well within my rights. I then receive an email from a debt collector! This has now been lifted as I had done everything that it says in their small print to avoid paying this ridiculous fee! I was with this company for a few years as I always seemed stuck, they reduced my monthly bill as a ‘good will gesture’ only to then almost double it over a few months time. Be aware!

All fine and good until something needs to be dealt with Last year without any wifi for over 6 weeks. no one cared at Daisy This year, they said they were changing the equipment, which arrived and once set up 50% of the service provided for approx 20 years no longer available. My next bill doubled and I have 50% service. Charged for equipment to be delivered I dont think that that is my responsibility. Cannot talk to anyone no continuity and basically no one cares. It seems I have to give a star rating to post review but its actually zero stars from me. Daisy if you are thinking of saying oh im sorry you have had a bad experience I would like to hear more. Please dont Jam17922 Is all you need to do your home work. I just need someone to take ownership, if I do manage to speak to one person or email them I can not ever get back directly in contact with them and it goes round and round in circles.

Reviews Summary

Overall, sentiment toward Daisy Communications as a telecommunications and broadband provider is overwhelmingly negative according to the most recent customer reviews. Reviewers frequently cite delayed setups, unhelpful or unresponsive customer service, overcharging, and confusion or disputes regarding contract cancellations and fees. Instances of unresolved technical issues and billing discrepancies are highlighted, damaging trust in the company's reliability. Some customers mention competitive pricing and ease of refund after account closure as rare positives, but these are overshadowed by consistent complaints.

The most common themes involve dissatisfaction with customer support, such as difficulty reaching knowledgeable staff and lack of follow-up or accountability for issues. Customers express frustration with unpredictable billing, unexplained charges, and low value for money. Technical reliability is a recurring concern, with long outages, faulty equipment, and slow internet speeds frequently reported. Compassion for vulnerable customers and transparency in billing practices are also described as lacking.

Based on this feedback, Daisy Communications’ reputation within the telecommunications sector appears poor, with trust and satisfaction levels low across reviews. In the UK market, customers generally advise caution, citing repeated negative experiences in billing accuracy, technical service delivery, and support resolution. While there are occasional mentions of prompt account closure and phone answering, these do not counterbalance the broader, persistent criticisms from business and residential clients.
