This is some text inside of a div block.
I ask the sales man to have a 3 year contract and that I could cancel any license at anytime due to changes in my business, his response was yes we are very flexible. After moving offices I ask to make changes to my account, to reduce the number of licenses and handsets and got the response of you can’t as you are under a 7 year contract. Also they don’t tell you you have to pay £1000 every year for maintenance cost and this has made them more expensive than BT for the same amount of lines/handsets. I have asked to speak to the sales man to ask why he didn’t tell me that it was a different contract as I had agree And he has never been available. They also had me sign the contract last minute as he was leaving and never left me a copy so I had a copy to read though within my cooling off and now I know why. Don’t go with this company unless you like being taken for a ride at your cost.

To know where to start is extremely difficult. If you read only this, DO NOT sign anything with this company. We were visited by a (very good!) salesman in November 2024. Had lots of promises made that quite frankly I don't see the importance of touching on now. Most of what I was promised I have had to fight to get. The salesman left the company shortly after our meeting! Was told they'd sort all the switch over - wrong. Was told that the price would never change - wrong, the broadband service goes up after a year! Was told to pay the previous providers invoice and they would reimburse straight away - WRONG! It has now been 5 months and we still have not received over £6k of our money back. This was promised to us many times, but most recently in writing we were told that absolutely, it would be 12th May 2025. After chasing yesterday and again today - nothing! Whenever we call, it is finally answered by a random call centre and we're told nobody is available (EVER!), we never receive call backs. The company boasts such high reviews everywhere and posts all their positive work within the communities and staff incentives, all the while leaving their client's high and dry! Their website doesn't work, there's no complaint dept, no managers that will speak to you. The phones themselves are ok, we have to reboot almost every day but once you have chased and chased to get any new messages added that you require, its ok, I guess - stuck with it for 7 years now though!!! How wrong we were to sign. Now seeking advice from solicitors. Piece of advice - go elsewhere, do not sign with Hiicom.

Don’t use Hii com they won’t help us, signed us up to a con trick basically. Jonathan won’t answer calls and lies, often told”he’s not in the office” only to call an hour later he answers then cuts the call.
