Just over 2 hours on the phone across 3 calls trying to solve a problem. Promised 2 call backs which I didn't receive, they should a total lack of understanding of the problem I had. Drawn out bad customer experience.

Absolutly horrific experience with this company. They are trying to tie me into a 6 year!!!! Voip line. I never agreed to that in my call to them. I haven't used the account..advised them when I read what they sent through with regard to the contract imidiatly. They won't cancle..I haven't used their service. Avoid like the plague. Their sales people are very convincing!

Taken mobile and wifi sim deal with this company. two weeks later mobile signal at my company address and wifi signal 0%. promised will not be left with no fifi be two weeks on Monday and cant work. I even had to swop sim card made no difference. Just keep going round and round in circles and still no wifi
