Jon Paul's customer service was amazing he gave me clear advice about my problem and went up and beyond to resolve my issue he made my birthday today I didn't think my internet would be working but low and behold a surprise phone call from him assured me that it was now working he had sorted it out for me . You are very lucky to have Jon Paul as yr customer service agent he is amazing id would have given him 10 stars
