Like everyone else I wish I could give zero stars. My sister is a current lease holder with this company. Let's just say in September of 2024 she reached out to them with concerns of a dead tree possibly falling onto the house she was in. Of course she got no answer and in November of 2024 that said tree falls on the house. Thankfully no one was home but the damage was done or so we thought. Fast forward to a week ago they put her and her kids up in multiple hotels and then just decided they didn't want to pay anymore because the home they trying to transfer her to failed inspection twice. This is after she had to go to the new home to let maintenance crews in, not a representative from Mynd.

I've had only wonderful experiences with Mynd! We are enjoying our home and love how easy Mynd makes everything for us. The Mynd app has been quite useful, so convenient and easy to use. Had a couple of repair requests and I was able to set my own dates and times. The technician was on time, friendly and did the repairs quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks Mynd! (I'm so confused about the negative comments)

Went to look at a property in Douglasville had shit on the floor Old dog piss I asked him to clean it up like four or five times to do a deep clean. They never did soon you walk through the front door it hit you like you were in a dog kennel. Then they refuse to refund me my money that I put for a deposit that was refundable. I will never rent a house from them or apartment and I recommend no one does either. It will save you the headache You would think they would want to make the first best impression the house was 4096 forest ct do not rent it don’t sign nothing intel u see it they lie there ass off
