Professional, Proactive, and a Pleasure to Work With We had the pleasure of working with Gateway, in particular Michael Adams and the service provided was truly impeccable throughout their management of our mixed-use commercial building. Michael went above and beyond on many occasions—proactive, responsive, and incredibly well-versed in property management and leasehold matters. What stood out most was how seamlessly Gateway managed the residents without needing guidance from us as the client—they just got on with it. Michael demonstrated excellent judgment, firm but fair communication, and a deep understanding of legal structures and lease obligations. He wasn’t afraid to push back when needed, always in a constructive and professional manner to get the job done. The incremental work undertaken was always well considered, good value, and executed with care. Sadly, we had to part ways due to Gateway’s appointment by Santander to manage a large portfolio we had acquired, which created a conflict with the bespoke nature of our building’s needs. Nevertheless, they handled the transition with their usual clarity and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a capable and trustworthy managing agent.

I received excellent customer service from Annika in the finance department. They were incredibly understanding and helpful in helping resolve an issue on the account. I was very impressed with the quick responses and clear and concise communication. I could not have been happier.
