Both Mikey and Nicky have been very professional and helpful during my relocation. They are very patient and always responded to my queries in a timely manner. They helped me to find a flat quickly and move in smoothly under a tricky market situation.

We've rented a nice flat a couple years ago, and response when it came to property maintenance was relatively quick, as well as customer service. The only issue has been the fact that we were required to hire a professional cleaning before leaving, despite it not being stated in our tenancy agreement or offer, nor have we ever received proof of a professional cleaning service having been used prior to us renting the flat. Also, the day of the viewing we were stood up by only 3 hours by the particular agent, who wasn't even apologetic for it on the phone.

I can only recommend Leo Newman's team and particularly Klaudia who assisted me during the tenancy process from the first viewing to the move in. She has been very attentive, helpful and reactive which is invaluable in a moment that can be stressful. I feel so lucky and reassured that our flat is managed by a professional team who fairly consider tenants and landlord's needs as this is not always the case in London. Thanks so much again!
