I have documented everything and have am seriously considering contacting BBC's Rogue Traders, the BPA (British Parking Association) and the IPC (International Parking Community) who I believe regulate these private parking companies. Appalling communication of new system at gym car park. I and lots of other members got tickets after very poor communication of roll out. I appealed the decision and had to wait over a month for the outcome. In the meantime, the gym's landlords even disputed the case and Euro Parking Services agreed to disregard all fines issued prior to 5th August and start afresh. A month later, I then got a response from the Euro Parking Services saying that they had rejected my appeal and that I'd need to pay, despite them already having agreed to waive the fine via my gym. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this company. In their rejection letter, they had said that the purpose was to ensure that members of the gym had ample parking. I was at the gym and said that the manager had agreed to provide evidence of this if needed. I cannot appeal again so my only options are to either pay or to complain. Their complaints policy is to send a letter. When I work 70+ hours per week, this is a huge inconvenience so I tried to use their chat feature. The video sums up my experience with this company. I wish I’d know about the reviews before parking with this scamming company. Their app wouldn’t work, which delayed my payment by just 15 minutes — and despite paying on the same day, they still sent me a PCN. They’re perfectly happy to take my money and then fine me on top and expect me to pay. Completely disgraceful and dishonest practice. I’ll be demanding a refund, they won’t be getting another penny from me. You try to get in touch with them to appeal and they won’t respond!

Disgusting company, sent me a fine for parking on double yellow lines after a hit and run, my vehicle was damaged and both police and ambulance were at the scene and literally behind my vehicle, yet this company although say their cameras catch the full length of the road, they seemed to have not seen the emergency services therefore the fine needs paying, they want me to appeal it in writing but being autistic and at end stage renal failure, i barely get time to. DO NOT RING THIS COMPANY AS THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THAT THE CHARGE FOR CALLING THEM IS £1 PER MINUTE PLUS A SERVICE CHARGE!
