My experience so far with Colorado Realty and Property Management is really good. I am a new tenant. They are very thorough with their paperwork and detail oriented. They answer phone calls and very efficient there is Ken who I have been in talks with. He is very supportive as well to answer questions.

We haven’t even moved into our new rental yet and already I’m blown away by the level of care and attention we’ve received from CRPM! Our leasing coordinator has been very welcoming and communicative, answering all our questions and keeping us updated with the transition process (setting up accounts, explaining resident services, communication platforms/tenant portals). Only hours after we paid our deposit and 1st month’s rent, another member of the team reached out to let us know that he was already in the process of setting up our utility accounts. Moving can be quite stressful, but the support we’ve received thus far from CRPM has made our current transition significantly easier.
