You guys are awesome ! It was so nice having my rental advertised on so many sites. Always kept me well informed on prospective tenants. Home rented out very quickly. My first time using Avail and I will definitely use again. Thanx

I paid a $55 application/background check fee only to have the “landlord” pull the listing barely 24 hours later with the excuse: “the current tenant decided not to move due to unforeseen circumstances” I want my money back!!! When I arrived to the property “112 fairlane rd. Monroe, LA” the guy was just standing outside and had no clue whether or not the tenant was there. He opens the door and yells this kids supposed name. No response. Then tells me “he must be out with his girlfriend” Weird. So we go inside and mind you I am to move IN in 2 weeks and this apartment is 100% lived in and zero signs of packing or anything at all. I take a few pictures we chitchat and a grand total of 20 minutes I’m in and out of this place. Guy TOOK OFF as quick as he could get in his truck leaving me standing there with phone in hand filling out the application. Yeah they took my money then I have no where to live and I start all over. How do you: - not know if the tenant was home or not - not know the tenant planned on staying - not CONFIRM either way with them before listing - allow another person to get so far as to pay the fee without knowing - this person signed a lease correct? If it was not up then again I ask… why. List. The property. Very dissatisfied. Would appreciate a refund of my wasted $55 to run my background and credit

So far, these guys are the best for doing rental leases, applications and credit checks never mind a link between our renter's bank account and ours. Simple, great support and a great process by far.
